Placed an online order today at 4:35pm with a pick up time of 4:38pm. Arrived and was asked to park since they had just received the order, although it was submitted five minutes prior to my arrival. My wife was informed that they would carry the food out once it was ready. My wife entered the store after waiting an additional 13 minutes and was told that they were finishing up making the last of six sandwiches. Finally received the order at 4:54pm, and the young boy that identified himself as the manager refused to give us a couple of cookies for the extended wait, but he was quick to say that there’s only two of them working the store as if that justifies providing subpar customer service.
Placed an online order to be picked up at 6:31pm. Got there at 6:28pm and there was a couple in front of me waiting to place their order. They finally were greeted at 6:33pm. Told the guy taking my order that I had an online order to be picked up at 6:31pm. At 6:49pm, I finally received my order. Maybe this crew is still sleeping from having too much turkey from Thanksgiving. Very poor service this evening.
I spent more than $17 for 2 people to have lunch. I ordered the food to go and it took 9 minutes for me to get my order even though I was the only person in the restaurant. When trying to eat it, the sandwiches were extremely dry and the curly fries were horrible.
The staff were very nice but unwilling to do anything about the horrible quality and long wait time.
Keara was working the drive thru. She was sweet, polite, professional, and spunky. She was helpful and answered questions and was just a pleasure to interact with. She made my day with the smile in her voice. She is the epitome of what great customer service looks like! Keep her, and I hope she has good management to groom her to be a lead and promote her to management. Keep up the great work. Thank you
We love Arby's! It's sad that Waxahachie doesn't have one anymore so we rarely get to have it. Luckily we we're in Red Oak today and I remembered there was one on Ovilla Rd. As soon as we walked in it smelled like sewage. I hope they get that fixed soon. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very nice. I tried the Bacon Beef N' Cheddar which was great! I added some Spicy Three Pepper sauce which was more sweet than spicy but tasted good. Over all impressed with this location but again I hope they fix that smell!
Food is always fresh and good and I swear the drive through employees are always the nicest. No complaints here :)
several months ago I bought the GoodBurger wagyu burgers like 30 minutes before they close take the burgers home too my family only too find out there missing the condiments the burger is suppose too have missing the pickles the tomatoes and lettuce they just put alot of sauce on it barely and cheese tried calling for days too reach someone but there phoneline never answered so i just gave up and accepted that they dont know how too make the burgers and not too go back especially since they dont have a working phone number even
This is one of my favorite spots in Red Oak. The Salted Caramel Cookies are always warm and delicious. The staff is always friendly and courteous. There are lots of young people working every time I go and they always go above and beyond with excellent customer service. The parking area is clean. I highly recommend the sweet potato waffle fries too.
