I have eaten at Arby's many times, and this was the worst food I have ever had at an Arby's. The roast beef was sliced about 5 times too thick and had an unpleasant texture and flavor. I took one bite and threw it out.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Cold food drive through person can't understand her job. My dip was cold. I do believe cheese comes on a beef and cheddar nope not mine. Just Pathetic. Couldn't even call the store because the phone doesn't even work. This manager should be fired along with the workers!
Chan was the lady who took our order and she was so nice and helpful and made our experiences great at Arby's. I will come to the location downtown because of the customer service we received by her.
Great food, as always. Cashier pointed out the cheaper deal of what we wanted. Helpful and friendly.
I had a very poor experience. Ordered the Steakhouse burger. It was raw inside. The staff was rude and would not correct it. I do not eat raw hamburger. After eating at this Arby's for the last nine years, I will not visit there again.

Most of the city was shutdown so we went to Arby's. The staff was very friendly, but the food was not good. The fries were 4+ hours old, and they forgot part of our order. When we went back we still didn't get the the full amount of mac bites because they were just pulling whatever was cooked. I wish the food matched the people, but sadly it didn't.
