I LOVE Arby’s roast beef sandwiches. The roast beef is always so tender and juicy, piled high on a sesame seed bun. Yummm. This location was quick to order and friendly service. Shout out to Yesenia who was super friendly. Give her a raise!
Several years ago I gave this Arby's a one star rating because of the staff. In the past few weeks I have gone back a couple times and the improvement in a different staff is amazing. They actually like their job and it shows.
I visited this time and I get a great surprise, the restaurant was decorated by Halloween theme, it’s a pretty opportunity to come with all you family members and take great photos, the food was so cool and the staff so kind
This new Arby's is trying so hard. They can't get enough employees. But it's clean and the food is consistently good. But the eating area is ugly, too cold or too hot. Generally very unpleasant. What's with these fast food architects? Is should be a fun and colorful atmosphere for the experience. The trend is unfortunately hard, dark, cold, loud, tight, ugly, depressing, efficient and uninspired! This goes for Wendy's, McDonald's and especially Canes! My choice? Charcoal Delights on Oakton, west of Lee.
This really is the best Arby's. I don't live nearby but whenever I'm around I make it a point to stop here. The food has always been really fresh and delicious, but the staff is what makes it special.
We waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches and paid $12.77. The sandwiches were about 1/2 the size they used to be, and the Turkey Club had rotten lettuce on it. Feeling ripped off is bad...almost getting sick is inexcusable. Threw out more than we ate.
The beef n cheddar sandwiches were honestly gross. I do believe that it is specific to this location or perhaps even just the specific experience.
4/7/19 second visit. So ... returned in hope there would be redemption. I always used to enjoy Arbys in years past. NO SUCH LUCK ! The wait in line to order was unnecessarily lengthy. The wait for food excessively long. Considering there was only one order before our our own. It was not a busy time or day to justify the wait. Also, restaurant was well staffed. On to the food. As the photos show there is a lack of meat. No crispy fried onions a few soggy ones though. Very unappetizing. Second sandwich was luke warm. You can see the cheese wasn't even melted. The loaded curly fries are poorly " loaded". The only positive is the fries still taste good. Staff very indifferent, unwelcoming. So disappointed.
My first visit ... Not much meat in the sandwich. More bread than anything. Higher cost. Same good flavor though.
