Three of us stopped in for lunch at this ARBY location while passing thru Petoskey. The food and atmosphere were fine, but the service was not. ???? We ordered chicken strips and an Arby's roast beef sandwich and it took 10 minutes to get our order taken and 15 to 20 minutes to get our food. ⌛️ Fast food just isn't fast anymore. ???? 50 minutes in the drive thru is insane! In the 30 minute time it took from taking my order to getting to the window the drive through got through only 4 customers ahead of me with nobody inside the store when arriving at the drive thru. This was with a long wait(my guess is 10m) before acknowledging my existence, if not for other customers in the drive thru I'd have thought Arby's was closed.
The person in the drive thru then completely ignored my existence some more for over 5 minutes before finally reaching out to take payment(only taking a SINGLE order), waited another 5 minutes with the window open ignoring me to eventually hand the bag of food over that was just sitting around, ready for me to receive with zero other items added before or after taking my payment.
All in all this has been my worst experience out of every drive through I've been to across 4 states I've lived in over a 1,400 mile span. The food was barely warm and the au jus dipping sauce was ICE COLD as well.
A little slow in the drive thru but worth the wait! They always make sure I have everything before leaving. Their new snack wraps are delicious and only 2 for $5
Nice workers but had to go back in as the potato cakes were literally frozen 2 of the 4 were frozen ice bricks in middle. Poppers and roast beef both fine.
Edit: rude staff 5-26-24. Just annoyed as I ordered. Changing my review to 3 stars and I’ll stick with McDonald’s before I work. Any other time I get a McLaren discount but not now.
Been a while since I been here since they closed a while back. But food was excellent and service.
I ordered a beef and cheddar they made it wrong. Went back to have them fix it the worker walked in the back with my sandwich and came back with a cup of cheese and a packet of Arby’s sauce. And didn’t want to make me a new sandwich and they told me to make it my self. If I could leave a zero star review I would. when asked for manager no one was working today
Arby's sandwiches are usually pretty good and you can count on that, Jamoca shakes are a Great unique signature item, I seldom patronize since they got rid of their Potato Cakes. They were a specialty item only Arby's carried, they are a frozen item made to order, Zero Waste! Why would you get rid something that has been there since the beginning?
Mary waited on us and she was so friendly, we need more people like her. It’s not easy working with the public but she does an excellent job!!
