Close to 8 dollars just for a sandwich and there's barely enough meat to cover one side of the sandwich. Guess shrinkflation is hitting this Arby's as well. This is the second time this happened. I thought the first time was just a mishap. Will not be going to this location again.
Food always comes out in good quality and size, on our visits.
**Prices are outrageous and Arby's needs to get on the bandwagon like Wendy's, BK, McDonald's with lowering their prices and offering REAL deals, not fake 2 for $9 for sandwiches clearly worth $3ea. PLEASE ????STOP???? ripping us off! 1 meal, 1 sandwich and 1 appetizer costing almost $40 USD is RIDICULOUS!!
We enjoy Arby's as one of our preferred fast food, but can only eat here once every 2-3 months.
I do not recommend eating here. The entire staff going all the way to the top is extremely unprofessional and absolutely every way. They refused to clean anything, the wrong way and if it does get cleaned it gets cleaned the wrong way, constantly out of just about anything you could think of, and constantly running out of roast so make sure to check your sandwiches for raw meat, because they will try to quick cook the meat and serve it to you like that. This is coming from an ex-employee.
We chose to get Arby's because it was on our way home. The restaurant was clean and the staff was doing a great job. Our food was read with in 5 mins and we enjoyed our meal.
It’s Arby’s, underrated and over hated. A classic childhood spot for me with their roast beef, curly fries, and a BARQs root beer. Horsey and Arby’s sauce on the side for dip.
The staff here were quick and kind. Every time I’ve come here it’s been pretty consistent for what to expect. Love it!
Also learned they’re part of the same ownership group as Popeyes and BK
This location needs retraining on how to treat customers. Felt a weird contempt for just picking up a moble order, service was awful. Chicken smelled rotten, couldn't eat it.
I was there to redeem my birthday shake and they were so rude. My mobile order took them 20 minutes to make. When I asked them where my shake was, they were so rude to me. No "how are you?" or "have a good day."
Very good customer service I was even held the door open for me. Very respectful and professional. Not sure if it is always like that at this location but it was a breath of fresh air and is much needed these days.
