Got the crispy chicken club wrap. It was wripped in half, not really sure how they managed that. Only have of it even had anything in it. The chicken was cold, there was no onion in. There was also no bacon. The lettuce was wilted. I had curly fries with it and they were cold and stale.
I was craving a French dip and we made our way to the Arby's on Watson. This building is old and tired. The building itself could use some love. The staff were super friendly and very kind. The food was hot and fresh. Other than the condition of the building and the dining area needed cleaning, all else was good.
The gentleman in the driv thru is A1! The customer service was so amazing we were almost baffled. Appreciate it, they informed us that they were unable to fulfill one of request upon ordering ahead, which no where usually does this plus offered a solution to correct the fix.
We did the $2 for 7 french dip(2) plus the jamocia shake. Ordered ahead and spent $7.91 cause they have coupon for $3 off $10 spent..
The food was out quick, barely any wait. There wasn't much of a line so that doesn't mean too much. The service was decent, the woman at the register was nice and mostly patient. We had a misunderstanding and she made our order 'dine-in' instead kf 'take-out' but she helped us put it in a to-go bag.
I come to this Arby’s quite often. It’s right next to my house here in the last few months every time I’ve gone to this Arby’s they were rude. They would not give me exactly what I asked for the au ju sauce is just literally brown water and it should be thick Should have enough thickness to not soak it but stick to the sandwich. Leonetta I assume is the manager every time I ask her for something she questions me or tells me no. I’m just about fed up with this Arby’s. I will go to Russell Parkway or 96.
The staff were great and super friendly. The store unfortunately suffers from corporate greed with shrinkflation and a very outdated interior.
Our cashier was a delightful fellow, friendly, took our order quickly & correctly, and followed up to make sure we enjoyed our meal. This guy should be the maître d' at a fine dining establishment. Thanks and God bless you Carlton!
