I live not far from this one and go here every now and then. I don't go out to places as often as I used to cause it's no fun by myself and don't do much fast food at all. That being said, anytime I go to this Arby's they're pretty consistent on service, cleanliness and quality. I just went there with my father and the line for the drive thru was backed up so far we just did find a spot to park without having to wait on the line to move up. I feel like that in itself speaks for this location.
Service seemed to be lacking, as only 1 person seemed to be working. And I waited a pretty long time, and I ordered to dine in. I did not get a receipt so I cannot stop the survey on the qr code at the table. The floor in the dining area is so disgusting, and needs to be replaced, with either tile or something else that's not carpet. Disgusting. The flies/fruit flies .. the men's restroom, someone smoked cigarettes in there and they didn't wash their hands, as there was NO soap in the men's restroom. Two employees seemed to step outside to smoke while we ate and no one was at the counter. I feel nauseated as I write this, and when looking for the food grade, there is none! See photos. Why is there no food grade at all..
We got to the drive thru close to midnight on 11-30 I told the woman I was glad they were open bc ashley Phosphate wasn't. She was so nice, and said they should have been open she would look into it. Idk her name but plz keep her at this one.
Came through the drive thru at about 3:30 pm Sep 9th, 2024 and the girl working the drive thru orders was giving major attitude over my dad asking for a pup cup which we’ve been given multiple times and have offered to pay but never had to. Pulled up to the window and she says they don’t and won’t do that ever again and was being harsh and nasty about it when she could’ve just said they don’t do that anymore and we would’ve been okay with that. Employees shouldn’t ever talk to customers like that. I’ve never been treated so nastily like that ever and won’t be going to that location ever again with how she treated/talked to us. Never again.
Going through the app is very confusing. I made a mistake and when I got to the store I had 23 sandwiches waiting for me. I would think the robots that mainly run the site good question an order like that. The manager very nicely help me correct the order but when we were trying to do something with the app I got signed up for Google pay which I do not want to have anything to do with and somewhere when answering Google page questions I got signed up for some security code system where you have to put in a code just to use your phone. It is going to be incredibly difficult to get off of that security code. I will probably use Arby's because I like the food but I will never call ahead or use the app. I am removing the app. My life is not that complicated that I don't mind to wait a few minutes when I place my order in person.
Friendly people. Great new look and clean dining area! Jeffrey is kind, friendly and professional. Make sure to ring that bell when you leave, because you will be receiving great service.
UPDATE: Stellar service from this Arby’s again. The whole crew was great, but Jerad is a class act. Proud to call this my neighborhood Arby’s.
Arby's is good but not for the price they have it at. $9 for a meal is a ridiculous and that was for a small. Only good thing is the $1 kids meal. I will say the workers were really nice which is why this is a 4 star review and not a 3
I always get good food and service at this location. I would recommend this restaurant is one of the best fast food places
