It was an amazing experience to start off with, a little slow in the drive-through.
The cook actually came to the window to clarify our request. Great job... TJ...
They did not have sweet tea at all, which makes the whole experience suck.
I base the start of all my reviews on the tea, if you don't have the best sweet tea. Normally I don't even do a review at all if the tea is not great.
Darius served my family this evening 10:15-10:20pm. He was polite and professional. Our food was as ordered and proper temperature. We will return to this location again next week. All the employees at this Arby's should get lessons in great customer service, taught by Darius! Keep up the good work Sir! We appreciate you!!!

There's a woman who worked the days of and after hurricane Milton and she was beautiful phenomenal and the best friendliest worker ever... I just love her and wish I could remember her name . BUT ALL THE EMPLOYEES THERE GO OUT THEIR WAY TO BE EXCEPTIONALLY GRACIOUS AND PATIENT... they all rock...
But mama on the day of the hurricane should get a raise.. tell her the strawberry blonde hair girl with the star face tattoos said she absolutely NEEDS A RAISE!!! XOXO
Would give ZERO stars if possible. Ordered our food and they made most of it wrong and the fries were absolutely disgusting; cold like they were sitting for hours not minutes.
We tried to call and they would pick up then hang up.
We drove back and waited again and they STILL made the food WRONG it wasn’t difficult. 2 Roast beef and cheddar sandwiches add bacon.
They said they were out of roast beef and could do another meat but then they put it on regular sandwich bread instead of a bun and instead of cheese sauce they added sliced cheese.
This place is an absolute nightmare.
Photo is of the supposed turkey and cheddar sauce add bacon from the second time when I told them I would do turkey because they were out of roast beef. They “confirmed” it like 5 times and still got it wrong.
Good sandwiches.
Fast food 100%, the attention is ordered at the counter as is expected of this type of places and the service is relatively fast.
The food is rich if you take into account that it is a chain, in that sense it comes out a bit out of the ordinary for hamburgers, but I think there are better places for meat.
The place is fine, quite clean
Spent $24 & some change for a double Roast Beef & Roast Beef & Cheddar fry & 2 drinks it was all cold fry was supposed to be a large wasn't it was in a large fry box half full doubt I will be eating here again.
Haven't had a roast beef sandwich from Arby's in ages!
What I noticed on the sandwich was the (small) amount of a thicker version of how they used to slice the r. beef, with 5 slices ????. I remember the roast beef being thinly sliced with neat stacked high! So I was grateful they had a 2 for one deal and took the 5 slices of beef and added to the one sandwich. I guess Im saying...I miss the thinly sliced roast beef. Tip: when you slice it thinner it will look like thete is more than a measly 4-5 slices.
The food was fresh and did not taste bad but it seems like like less meat is being placed on the sandwich.
