Just went through and bought 3 Buffalo chicken sliders, and they used chicken nuggets instead of tenders. I paid $1.99 per slider for them to use chicken nuggets and they were old and crusty. Tried calling the number listed and it doesn't go through. The staff was nice but you guys are fould for using the chicken nuggets instead of tenders. I would've waited for fresh food. So make sure you specify you want tenders on your sliders because they are probably trying to save a buck.
10/15 The employee who helped me seemed to not even want to be here. I also watched him go onto hia phone on the food line and not wash his hands. Honestly that's very poor service in my opinion. You shouldn't be on your phones in front of a customer. It's rude and disrespectful. I was also given the wrong item. I ordered mozzarella sticks and was give the fried mac and cheese. I paid for a 6pc mozzarella stick. I'm extremely disappointed. My order was also a mobile order so there should have been no reason that they messed it up.
11/23 I decided to give this Arby's a second chance and I received better service this time. It seems to depend on who is on staff and what time you go what kind of service you will receive.
I hate this location now. I'm very allergic to cheese. They mess up every time I come here now.. This time, I ate almost half of the sandwich and spent over an hour vomiting. I won't be back and if you have a special order, I'd suggest you don't come here either. Before they sent me a make it right coupon. I'm not even calling this time. I'm just not gonna go back

I've been here several times after. Curly fries still always seem double fried or cold, but I felt like they deserve more than 1 star since my first review
Got the number 11 Swiss chicken sandwich with curly fries. Very disappoint of the large curly fries. They didn’t fill up the large fries all the way up. When I opened my bag, I was mad. It’s my favorite curly fries. The sandwich is good so I gave it a 3 stars.
This is the nastiest sandwich I ever purchased I came through the drive-thru around 6:30 order two combos w/Mellow Yellow pop pay almost 20 bucks for this food I will never ever go to this Arby's again I believe they made my sandwiches nasty on purpose look at the sandwiches I live so far from this restaurant I would never go here again all I can say is thank God they were not for me
Had a good meal delivered to hospital.
Two Roast beef deluxe with vanilla shake. As long as they remember my horse sauce all is ok!
This Arby's location is fantastic.
