Just visited Arby’s after a long time, and it was like reuniting with an old friend! The curly fries were just as crispy and flavorful as I remembered, and the Jamocha shake hit the spot—creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. It’s great to see that Arby’s still delivers on quality and taste. Definitely won’t be waiting so long for my next visit!
Got a gyro from this place, took a bite and end up chewing on plastic. Very disappointed in this place, this is the first time ever eating at ARBY’s and I’m 40, will never eat here again.
My wife and I no longer eat out hardly anywhere in Michigan City anymore. Because food and service is just terrible everywhere! However, the Arby's in Michigan city always does right by us and the food and service is always spot on. A nice young lady named Alexis Arthur gave me hope for the future with her wonderful service.. The world could use more like her in it! Keep up the great work Alexis and keep up the great work Arby's in Michigan City! WESTSIDE!!!!
Love me some Arby's!!
PS: Download the Arby's app for deals and promotions. I wish you received points for purchases to use for free food or whatnot like what every other competitor has.
But still love it!!
I called ahead to alert that I would be arriving in 20 mins with a bus of 52 people and asked if that would be OK. The gentleman on the phone told me that would be just fine. When we arrived, they had food already prepared and handled the large group exceptionally. The manager later came to me and offered a free meal for the road on the house since I was the driver.
I have pulled up to other fast food establishments in a bus and watched them run to lock the doors, so this was a very pleasant experience. The management was outstanding and every employee was happy to serve our large group.
I would highly recommend this Michigan City, IN Arby's location to any other buses traveling with large groups. Just call ahead to give them a heads up!
Placed an online order for 5 for $5 plus a few other things yesterday afternoon. My order was ready way faster than I expected and all the employees were really nice. Great team working yesterday at lunch time. Thank you!
The only complaint, that we had was, the table tops weren't very clean, but other than that, it's a great place to eat. You're so very welcome, for bringing it to your attention.
Arby’s really surprised me with this one. Had no idea how big this gyro was. (I bought 2 of them for $6 thinking that I’ll need another one to be full) The bag was so heavy, I thought I had someone else’s order ????. Took one bite and couldn’t even wait until I got home to finish it, it exceeded my expectations! Good job Arby’s.
