Despite the fact that it’s a fast food chain, the roast beef sandwiches and other items on the menu are not bad at all. The service is great too!
Clean Restaurant and friendly staff! Nice bathroom's. View of Pine Grove Ave & spacious seating area.
Could have been slightly more engaging at the drive-through window. A greeting and salutation. A smile. Other than that, the drive-through rating is good! Servicexwas fast and the outside appearance looked good!
Not a good experience this time round, fries were stale and luke warm at best, the hamburger patty was crunchy on the outside and pink on the inside, the beef n cheddar was soggy n stale as well
The staff here was Super Friendly and Knowledgeable! Beautiful view out the front bay window watching vintage cars ???? passing by that day! We tried the new Beef & Cheddar w/ Bacon ???? Very Good! They made us a special Ham & Cheese ???? sandwich that was Very Good ????also! Very Friendly people here!
I go to this arbys quite often and typically never have any issues. But today was very different. I ordered 5 roast beef sandwiches, fries, and an apple turnover. When I got to the window, I asked if I could get 5 honey mustards as well. Again, I come here often and had ordered the same thing last week and had no problem getting that many honey mustards. The woman at the window was not very nice and asked me if I had ordered chicken...I said no and she told me they don't give out that many sauces if you're not buying chicken. I understand if that is the rule but it could have been told to me in a more polite way.
Then, when I got home and opened my sandwiches, I noticed they were all smushed and the meat inside was part roast beef and part what I'm guessing was gyro meat. And some of the gyro meat was extremely fatty. That was the most horrible arbys I've ever had. I'm very disappointed.
We had the wraps, ranch & honey mustard. We couldn't even eat them. The "chicken" was hardly there. Mostly hard coating. Too bad, they would have been good if the chicken strips were better. Seemed like bottom of the bag stuff. Won't order them again.
We stopped in on our way to the thumb and had the best customer service. I told the lady I couldn’t forget Arby’s sauce or my mom would be so mad. She said we don’t want that and made sure we were taken care of. This is our usual stop on the way up and we always have the best customer service. I wish I would have gotten her name. Thank you for always making it a great experience!
