Best WLM Reviews
Food was fresh. I went in around 9am. Front counter guy took my order and took it correctly. He was just another person taking orders. Nothing special. I asked for it to go, and they gave it to me on a tray. Without my 2 hash browns, but was quickly corrected. The weak link was the feller taking orders. Overall a good experience.
Considered a local staple but is definitely due for a cosmetic overhaul. The staff at this location are always respectful and patient, let's be honest you need a certain level of patients when dealing with the Arby's senior citizen customer base.
Stopped in this morning on my way home. Only came here because I had 2 coupons. I gave them to the person at the window along with my card. I assumed they were applied to my order until I got home and found the coupons in the bottom of my bag. My order ended up costing $27 instead of $16. For nearly 30 bucks I would have gone somewhere else.
If they didn't accept coupons, which they have before, they could habe told me and I would have just gone elsewhere for food.
Unfortunately, when we got home and I bit into my chicken sandwich that was supposed to be cooked extra long it was juicy and raw french fries were soggy. I will never eat there again. My husband sandwich was not good either he had a roast beef. He said it tasted sour.
The mozzarella sticks at this location and the Bedford Arby's are the BEST in the state. If you know what I'm talking about--there's a difference for the mozzarella lover.
No pic because I devoured them. Milkshake was great too! My Coke was a little flat. Chicken Bacon Sandwich had a little more crisp than I like. The lady at the the drive thru was really nice--especially when I decided to upgrade the fries to mozzarella sticks and go for the large milkshake (a decision I do NOT regret, only 90 cents more).
Didn't go inside, but plenty of space for parking outside.
What happened to the Roast Beef-n-Cheddar?!? I haven’t had this sandwich in a very long time and ordered this yesterday. I received a less than acceptable sandwich! Tasted horrible. Where was my toasted onion roll? We ordered two and they were served on a much smaller regular bun. No where near the sandwich I expected…. Especially for the money! Worst Roast Beef-n-Cheddar I’ve tasted in my life!
Went through the drive through past 2 days and staff very unfriendly and messed up orders both days. 1st day caught mess up and got everything, 2nd day got cherry turnover instead of apple.
Food was what we expected, hot and fresh and delicious. The employee that took our order was a little forthcoming with his personal life, made us feel a little uncomfortable. The restaurant itself has some decor issues like ripped or stained booths seats.
