The facility had several dirty tables when there were plenty of employees standing around chatting. However the facility and bathrooms were clean otherwise. The food service was fast and friendly. But the food was room temperature at best. I give 3 stars because the flavor was still there but the cold food was not acceptable. There was no need to rush the food out. There was plenty of time to spare heating it up and they didn't. There was no crowd of people either in the restaurant or in the drive thru.
We visited Arby's and it was a great experience! The food was delicious - hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The service was friendly and efficient, and he restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating options available. I would highly recommend Arby's to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal.
All chicken is just breading and deep fried, yuk! I got a shake, which was ok and curly fries, they were horrible, tasted burnt probably fried in old oil, than a 3 inch dried chunk of I don't know what was in middle of the bag, so gross, I hope I don't get sick of what little bit I did eat, the fries used to be good, not any more!
The manager of this Arby's is AWESOME! She made my night tonight with her positive attitude even after the rude customer in front of me. Everyone is so upbeat and the food was fast. The restaurant was so clean, and well decorated. 10/10
The service is fast and the food is great. We got our order in a few minutes even when there were a lot of people. The restaurant is clean. I will definitely go back there. It is also easy to get there. Too bad they do not have any grilled chicken sandwich option.
For one of the most expensive things on the menu, this is disgusting. It’s SMOTHERED in BBQ sauce and I think mayo? The meat looks like rubber. Genuine rubber. I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to have crispy onions? Didn’t have that either. I wanted to do a review to the store itself but I wasn’t even given a receipt. The service was good, but I just spent $23 on a meal that tastes gross and was made as sloppy as it could’ve been.
First time at this location, and I don't understand what took so long... it doesn't help that I was already frustrated from just having waited in another drive-thru line WAY too long, but no one was in this drive-thru, and I was hungry, so I was excited to just get some food quickly.
I pulled up, took a moment to look at the menu, then ordered one sandwich and a small fry ($11). Drove around to the window and paid. Then, was asked to pull around front and park because they had to make fresh chicken for the sandwich, which I appreciate! However, just about the time I wondered if they forgot about me and I started calling the store to ask, someone came out with my food (which ended up being subpar - not awful, not fantastic).
I guess I just didn't understand what took so long when I was virtually the only one there (I saw one other person go through the drive-thru, and one person walk in and back out with food while I waited). The cost and quality of the food wasn't worth waiting that long. I'll probably not go back.
Not knocking the employees or the service here, but I am knocking the company. Got a slider and it was the smallest thing I've ever seen. Literally smaller than an Arbys sauce packet, and thats with the meat hanging off the sides of the even smaller yet bun lol. They used to be almost twice this size and would be $1 ea 2-5pm everyday. Now they're $2.19 each and only 3 bites of food. Also noticed a regular (small) roast beef was $6.39 for the sandwich only. With prices this high and portions this small, I'll just go across the street to Wendys from now on.
