It was okay. I got a double beef and cheddar combo. It was decent. The manager came to the windows talking about how hot the curly fries are. They were slightly warmer than average. He tried and failed to make it a fantastic experience when really it was just weird.
My husband and I ordered from this location on Friday, December 8th. The people there were really nice, and the cashier kept a smile on her face the entire time. The fried macaroni and cheese were really decent, and the milkshakes. The rest of our food, on the other hand, was horrible! My husband had a gyro meal and curly fries. He didn't even eat his fries because they tasted old. I ordered a good burger 2 meal for my daughter and I. As you can see in the photos, our bugers didn't look nothing like the picture. We were looking for the sauce that apparently comes on it, and apparently, it doesn't because we didn't get any! Our burgers were very dry and unappealing, and dissatisfying! I understand food will not look like a picture, but at least include all of the ingredients. My husband and I agreed that we would never eat at that location again or another Arby's period.
I placed a large order for deep fried turkey club sandwiches Friday, November 15, 2024. Manager Ms Harvey and team provided exceptional customer service with a smile. Thank you all for outstanding service!
Got the Greek gyro, which was excellent! My wife tried the "Krabby Paddy" b/c she was hungry & getting kinda crabby! She really liked it! I liked it too ... once she ate!
WHERES THE BEEF. I ordered a smokehouse brisket with sweet tea for lunch, get home, maybe 1 half slice of brisket. Shrinkflation at this Arbys is real, and the Sweet Tea was so watered down, it went to the drain. This must be their cost savi g method, charge full price and provide inferior food. Corporate needs to review this store.
I just couldn't bring myself to eat it. The fries were burnt. It looks like they gave me the burnt pieces they throw in the trash or should throw in the trash. This was sssooo disrespectful to the customer. You shouldn't serve someone something you wouldn't eat. I probably could say they were busy but it wasn't. I'm just hoping people stop going here so they can get shut down. I have pics but didn't see how to post them.

Went to the drive-thru the person take my order was very positive happy and got my order correct. Came here at 2:45 on August 31st. Whatever crew y'all have here they're great.
This one is usually busy. They do a good job although nothing fried ever seems hot.
