From the moment I stepped into the foyer, I was struck by the contrast between many of the restaurants and this Arby's. The place was clean, the decor was pleasant and felt modern, and there was an aura of an establishment that still had a flow of customers. Maybe that's because the staff is pleasant, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is served fresh and hot. Evidence that they still value the customers' opinion is in their bell. Ring the bell if you were delighted by the food, the service, or the atmosphere. This is one of those places I will come back to again and again.
Oml, they are so good. I love a good deal that you can find on their app! I've gotten a 5 for 5 on roast beef sandwiches and even 1-dollar sliders! They recently got potato cakes back as an LTO item and I'm all for it. They hit so hard.
Delicious as always. The guy working drive thru was very nice and I could tell he enjoys his work. Which xan be hard in fast food. Positive attitude and a smile go a long way. Tha KS for the great food and service.
Got my food to go. I think the bun had been sitting out for awhile as the edges were dried out and the curly fries must have been the bottom of the bag. (Many tiny pieces)
Exactly how are your Reuben sandwiches made stop by today for lunch
First of all, my sandwiches was cold very cold so I took it back to me. They didn’t seem too concerned about it as from the timing my husband got there and there were customers giggling laugh and having a gay old time not concentrating on the food service now we’ve come to eat there, but I’m not anymore, it’s not worth it getting back. Apparently the cook wasn’t thrilled that he had to remake my sandwich because I watched it look like he was upset and threw everything together. I’m in food service myself and I most definitely as a manager myself did a better job at taking care of a unsatisfied customer I think it’s about time. You may have a staff meeting and figure something out. The second one was the same way if not worse thought about bringing it back up that was too upset to deal with it. Very very unsatisfied customer.
Had a really good Ruben here very good coleslaw too. Very attentive service, fast too. Place has been completely remodeled since I was here last really sparkly clean.
I'm a great fan and my favorite is the Classic Roast Beef with horsey sauce. Sometimes Im less hungry. A Jr. absolutely hits the spot, does the trick, fits the bill.
firstly we were charged for large drinks and given medium. we had to ask for the large drinks. we got to the hotel right behind the restaurant (we are from out of state) and there are no fries in the bag. one was to be a crinkle fry.. it was 90% curly fries with about 8 crinkle fries in it. very disappointing!!!
