Great food!! Prices are about average with other fast food places. Beef is delicious. Chicken is also scrumptious!! Service is fast and friendly.
Great service, friendly staff, far above what we've all come to expect at fast food. Menu tastes better too in my opinion.
We've been through the drive through several times and no matter what we do our order is never correct. Wrong fries, no sauces. We either have to wait at the window for it to be fixed or go back inside and get it corrected. Very frustrating!
I would not recommend this Arby's under any circumstances. In my experiences, customer service is often non-existent, most orders are missing items, and this last time there was hair in my food. If your traveling on 95, your much better off skipping this exit for ashland to the south or 126 to the north.
Nobody covering drive thru at 8pm. Went inside and ordered. After ordering told me my meal wasn't available, no lids for my drink, I heard the cashier have to ask multiple times for them to make my replacement order. Save yourself some time, there's a few options right down the street.
Cashier was nice but getting zero help from the folks who were working before her or with her. Management non-existent.
For someone from Philly, this was a nice change. The drive thru is manned by real live people standing outside. When you go to pick up your food at the window, there is no person hanging your food out a window to you. They have a full sized sliding door and walk it right to your car door. The food was hot and good too.
I had problems with the app when placing my order. The wonderful lady at the drive thru was was wonderful!! She was so helpful and friendly. My food was great, fresh and hot. Thank you to the wonderful staff in Ruther Glen VA!!!!
Do not eat here. I was given the wrong order. Couldn’t eat the wrong order due to a food allergy. Rude nasty manager refused to refund the cost of the order even though I had to throw the food in the garbage and go to work with no meal.
