The food was good. Your typical fast food. Chicken and nuggets and curly fries were nice and crispy.
However, what sets this place apart is the customer service. The manager actually came around to check on each table to see how their dining experience was. I have never experienced that before at a fast food restaurant.

I had a great experience at Arby's! Despite a rude customer ahead of me, the staff remained friendly and kind. The new team members provided excellent service, and my order was fresh and delicious.
I went there at 6:10 pm. I waited and waited and waited at the counter. 2 of the workers walked by me like I wasn’t even there. After waiting 15 mins for someone to take my order gave up and walked out. To be looked at and ignored is beyond my belief. I was wanting a meal, and it would’ve been nice if they took my order I wouldn’t mind waiting even longer, but 15 minutes is too long to wait at the counter and be looked at and treated like you are a piece of garbage and not even comprehend that I’m there unreal very unreal. That’s why it’s a one star. The thing is the manager even looked at me and didn’t even say I’ll be right with you or anything.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in to order. No one ever helped us after 5-7 minutes of standing at counter. I called out to the girl taking drive through orders and asked if inside was open. She said yes and yelled to guy in back who had seen us come in and never acknowledged us. After several more minutes he came up and stood there. Never spoke to us or acted like he wanted to help us. Never asked for order. We just left. Was very rude and didn’t act like they wanted to work. We come by here every weekend but will never come back.
I always love finding an Arby's when I'm on a road trip because I know what I'm going to get. The staff here did a great job and it was nice place to relax for a minute before getting back on the road. The food was great as usual.
Flavor fairly good lots of lettuce and tomatoe not so much cheese bacon or turkey this was the half of turkey ranch bacon .
I had a good dining experience comparable to other Arby's restaurants. I dined in for dinner. I had my favorite classic roast beef sandwich. The dining area was clean and the staff was friendly. They have the regular fountain drinks, instead of the new machines that mix dozens of different flavors. I prefer the older machines. I think the drinks taste better.
Spent the night in Montrose and was looking for a quick bite to eat before jumping back on 50 and returning to Denver. The previous evening I had seen a commercial for the 2-for-6 promo and decided one for now and one for later sounded like a good deal.
So, I grabbed two gyros, both Greek-style with one being "spicy".
I didn't know "spicy" meant Cholua hot sauce, or whatever brand they were using. I'd hoped it meant with jalapenos or chipotles or something.
It wasn't bad, just not what I was expecting.
On the brighter side, I saw crinkle fries on the menu and ordered them up, preferring the texture and shape of crinkles over curly fries any day of the week. I'm not sure if it was the potatoes or the cooking, but they didn't taste like they were cooked properly, however they were a still better than curly fries.
The employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and accommodating, so no complaints there. Restaurant was clean as well.
