Ordered a Gyro sandwich and a Brisket sandwich in Arby's drivethrough in Plover, WI for dinner. Got food in about 7 minutes.As I sat there, there was a long line of cars waiting to order and a long line of cars waiting to get their orders at the nearby Culver's.
My Gyro sandwich and my Brisket sandwich (neither of which Culver's has) were prepared and packaged perfectly, and both tasted awesome!
Glad I didn't get one of those singed, overpriced bugers at Culver's!

I got charged full price ($9.58) for 2 classic RB but sign on window says 2 for $7...after tax I paid almost $3 moe

Great place to go eat Steve that works. There was pretty great. He got my food pretty fast. so if you ever in Steavns Point, make sure you go see Steve at Arby’s , In Plover, Wisconsin
Food was very hot and tasty. However, it took us, 2 adults and 4 kids 10 and under, about 10 minutes to place our order with the young female at the counter!!! She could NOT get the order for the 4 kids meal sides right!! She was laughing and giggling. She said that it had been a long day...it was only 1 in the afternoon!!! People behind us in line were not happy!! When we got the receipt we noticed that we were charged extra for 2 of the kid's drinks and an extra apple sauce. I went back to the counter to get a refund. She and another young female looked at each other and laughed and called the manager to correct the error. Manager was very competent in handling my refund. I know it's hard to find help but this was ridiculous!!
Tried Their new crispy fish, was pleasantly surprised, no minced fish,could Have Been a Bit more Tatar But Otherwise very good. Love Their Ja Mocha shake. That was why I Stopped. plus they make if fresh.
This store is closed early many times when I've tried going. Today it was 7:20, said online open until 9. There were cars in the drive thru but the menu and many lights were off. Also 2 cars pulled in and left looking confused as I was. So I tried anyway and was greeted at the unlit menu. I had to ask to have the lights on the menu turned on in order to see it as it was dark. They then turned the lights off the menu as I pulled away even there was a car behind me. Get it together people. If you don't want to work, don't, but don't leave your customers hanging. Probably will not go to this one again. Staff was less then friendly and hurried at the window.
Excellent customer service when I didn't know quite what I wanted & they were polite when I asked for a few minutes. We got the french dips with special instructions & they did it right. Plus had the brisket with bacon combo good sandwich but you might want sauce for it on the side because it is different. Excellent customer service Arby's
