I arrived here at 7:44 pm today and ordered two meals and mozzarella cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were cold and not fresh, the fries were cold and also not fresh. The sandwiches were a mess and also cold and not fresh. I have the pictures to prove it. it’s so disgusting that, I probably won’t even eat it. You’ll see why once you see the pictures.
Haven’t been to Arby’s in years. YouTube brought me here. It’s Easter and I’m thankful a restaurant was open after 9pm. Ordered the #1 Double. Great service. Just a little salty. Definitely get it with the horsey sauce. 7.30$
Really good sandwiches and the service here is very friendly. Go online to sign up for coupons and deals - I used a BOGO sandwich coupon on today's visit.
Smokehouse Brisket - full of flavor and not too salty which I worried about. Pretty filling. Would get again.
Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon - really good!
Chocolate chip mint shake - good, but didn't have as much mint flavor. Chocolate syrup and chips were generous but not a punch of flavor I expected.
Mac & Cheese - no complaints on flavor. Very creamy. Not quite worth the price ($3) but nice as a treat every now and then.
Highly recommend the "Turkey Sandwhich" Omg first time trying it, so amazing I thought it was Thanksgiving early. If you don't cook for Thanksgiving definitely come get a Thanksgivng sandwich the Turkey Sandwich. Was gonna take pictures but I ate it too fast lol.
Food was decent. The manager was working his butt off to serve his customers. Great job. Way to set an example.
Burnt bun had an obviously odd taste, but it was so old it was no longer crunchy. Dried out beef was more crunchy. Cheesesticks were old, but I'm used to that. I'm not used to leaving here hungry, but the sandwich was uneatable .
They leave the food in the warmers for hours. Door dash orders are incomplete. These people do not care about doing their jobs right.

Arby’s Guest Support team contacted me and expressed apologies. They sent a (Make it Right) card for a free meal on them. I really appreciated their taking this seriously
