Here in town for work and getting back late to my hotel I stopped here for something quick. It's just after 9:30pm and the chicken in my wrap looks and tastes like it's been sitting there since noon in the warmer. The employees had to have seen this when they grabbed it and when they cut it up for the wrap but yet it was still thrown together. Spit it out and in the trash.
The fries were cold as well.
The late night staff here is an absolute joke. Worst attitudes and the longest wait times imaginable for the smallest of orders. Get it together, baffled whoever runs this location just let's them be so bad and does nothing about it.
Enjoyed this location. Very convenient and near Costco for when we do a run to Kalamazoo! Such a good beef sandwich!
The cheerfulness of the staff made this visit so pleasant. They were having a random rush around 3:00 and took a little bit to get to us, but at least 3 people acknowledged me and said they'd be with me in a minute. They forgot the onions on my burger but hooked me up with the extra pickles I'd asked for. My bfs French dip was delicious. The soda on the floor detracted from the atmosphere, but the attitude of the staff made up for it.
Just stopped in and tried to use this coupon sent out in local coupon magazine. First cashier said they didn't honor it there. Then when he was shown the flier with their address he admitted they didn't have a button for it so they had not been honoring it for anyone. I'm not sure how this is considered to be acceptable behavior to not honor a local coupon that your location put out???
I love that they were still open after 1AM on Saturday. There was a long line, but l I like I said they were the only ones open. The person who took the order was very nice, and so was the person handing me my order. I wasn't happy that both of our large ???? were burned, and a small thing I take particial responsibility for was not asking for sauce. I do believe someone should have asked if I wanted any sauce (I ordered the 4 of $10 Rostbeef Sandwiches,which don't have anything but the meet, no condiments). It's important to say that my other two chicken sandwiches were excellent!!
I ordered the June special of loaded fries. I got home - no ranch sauce. I slipped back and Matthew the shift manager apologized and replaced it. Very smooth transaction. Thumbs up to Mathew.
Raw food. I don't need to say anything more.
