Well we first walk in and the main floor was very sticky.
Then with much anticipation of enjoying the come back of the potato cake. Our anticipation diminished after we got our food. I did enjoy the classic roast beef. My roommate had chicken nuggets, all coating mix hardly any chicken.
The potato cakes were the biggest disappointment. This store should change out their grease more often. The cakes had a very distinct bitter old grease taste, along with the chicken nuggets. I will probably not visit any Arby's store anytime soon if at all.
The buffalo nuggets are sauced! The sauce has a nice flavor with a good little burn. I can't get enough! The other items ( beef and cheddar, mozzarella sticks and fries) were nice and hot! I just have to remember to ask for the Arby's sauces next time! Thank you for the great service as well!
It's arbys, they have been around a long time, their food is ok, their menu is rather boring and some items are of lesser quality than they used to be ( chicken and turkey especially ) if their prices continue to rise than people will be able to go to a real reastrant instead. Due to the quality of chicken and turkey being less than it used to be, it limits you even more on an already limited and boring menu. When they have specials it can be worth eating at arbys otherwise it's really expensive.
We noticed filling up our self-service beverages, the area was untidy with drips down the front of the cabinet. Going back to the dining area, it was gross. Food on the floor, one table had the remains of someone's dinner. This was at 7 in the evening and didn't appear too busy. Employees seemed to be joking around. We went to discard our trash but couldn't get the paper liner off the tray. The trash receptacle was nasty, so I didn't want to touch it to discard my trash. Recommend taking your meal out!
Nothing more than a 3-star fast food joint. Nothing bad but just everything 'okay'.
Drive thru service fast and very friendly and helpful . My only complaint was my beef n cheddar was missing the cheddar!
Asked for a classic roast beef sandwich with cheese sauce added. They put a regular piece of cheese on it. There was at least 4 people working and they made us and 2 other cars in front of us wait before they took our orders. Been having problems at this Arby's.

Not Arby’s Riverdale!
Ordered a French dip, and this is what I got. Disappointing :(
Update: Someone contacted me immediately, asked for more information, and said someone from the store would be contacting me. No one ever did! Another disappointment in Arby’s Riverdale :(
Another Update: Another contact via survey to see if the issue was resolved. About a week later, I received a complimentary meal coupon. I guess we’ll see if that solves the issue???
