bad score cause yall messed up my order severely im missing items that I ordered and bought it on the receipt I ordered a bourbon chicken sandwich, but yall gave me a bourbon brisket by the way not my favorite and I'm missing two buffalo chiken sliders do better

Ordered large beef and CHEDDAR, What is this? Telling to come back to fix it, are we supposed to open every sandwich before we drive, this is not acceptable!
It's been a while since we have gone to Arby's... They have burgers now... But all three of ours were raw... Disappointed... Won't go back there for a while.
I can’t believe how terrible this Arby’s is!!! I just got home with my order only to find the Brown Sugar BLT was not in my bag. I was given a buffalo chicken sandwich. I ordered not only cheese sticks, but curly fries and jalapeño bites. Paid over 20.00 for meal. I get home with the buffalo chicken sandwich and cheese sticks. Supposedly I wasn’t charged for the jalapeño bites, but where are the curly fries? Last time I go to this store! Incompetence deluxe should be a new item on your menu!!!
I wanted the no 2 and accidentally ordered the no 1. The difference is the cheddar. I explained that I wanted to buy a new sandwich because I meant to order the no 2. They exchanged it and apologized that I ordered the wrong sandwich. How cool is that? They did not even blink. Thank you so much. Great service, great staff and very friendly.
Food was decent. Our food took longer than usual, but the manager apologized and went above and beyond what most places would do and gave us some free food without us asking or expecting it. This made our short stay enjoyable knowing that there are some people out there that still care for their customers. Thank you! He should be commended for his great customer service.
The staff and service is excellent. They have a lot of different choices to choose from if you're hungry.
The restaurant is very clean inside and it feels comfortable.
