Best WLM Reviews
Best Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Always clean and incredible chill vibes. Please dear God never renovate this beauty. Food is fresh, fast, and accurate. Staff is wonderful. No joke, this place slaps.
this arby’s is heat ????. nice staff, clean lobby, nice atmosphere, and a BALLER roast beef sandwich. the strawberry lemonade was heat, and the curly fries were like a solid 3a textured curl. plus, the building is shaped like a hat ????
Got a beef and cheddar, beef and Swiss slider and burger last night. Well 10 hours later the entire family has food poisoning. The only thing we all ate that day that was the same thing was the Arby’s roast beef. I’m positive it was from them. Eat at your own risk.
I don't know how this place gets such great reviews. I'm not picky really about fast food but there's no way there was a half a pound of roast beef on either of the ones we ordered. I was missing 2 jalapeno roast beef sliders and called to get those and was basically told they couldn't do it because they couldn't find the receipt on their end. Gave them the exact total from the order and still no replacement sliders. Cindy was the lady I talked to. Don't think that lady needs to be on the phone or dealing with customers at any point and time.
Good to great service. Downtown location is disadvantageous; homeless person using men's toilet stall for hygenic/clean-up purposes.
The crew went out of there way and let me order dinner with only 3 or 4 min to spare. They were friendly and extremely accommodating. Best experience I've had in years at a fast food establishment. Thank you Arby's crew.
The only roast beef I like. And great food. Best mozzarella sticks and marinara in town. Plus they have blue Powerade.
So I'm giving up five star and everything only because I have the worst craziest request from Alicia who's the manager on staff so I have a package or a gift rather for someone that only will fit in the roast beef box that they have so I'm calling her and asking her for a roast beef box she is totally the nicest lady I've ever talked to I think in Spokane on the phone she's helping me she's doing everything in her power to get me this box that I need to wrap a gift for Christmas and I'm appreciative and I just love her to death and I've only talked to her on the phone but she is awesome
