A+++. I ordered thru the app. Simple order, I was just craving some crinkle cut fries. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door and was asked if I placed the online order. When I said yes, she let me know they were being cooked up fresh and would be ready in 3 minutes(nothing better than those fries fresh from the fryer)!! Admittedly, I was having a rough day. Ashley was so nice and was able cheer me up with just her smile and great service! Thank you so much!!!
Just as I like the Beef n Cheddar, half on and half off.
I enjoy going to this location because the cashier's are always freindly. I am there a couple times a month. I especially enjoy seeing them take extra time with the more elderly customers. I have never had an issue with my orders. The tables are clean and well kept.
I pulled up to order my food and had to wait about 8 minutes to be helped. The car that was behind me ended up leaving. I pulled up to the window to give my payment and there was nobody there. Then when I finally got my food i looked in the bag and saw there was a missing item and my double beef and chedder looked like the chedder was just thrown on and it was everywhere. It looked like it was understaffed and the one person working was having a bad day and stressing. I was the only one in like and the dine in was not busy at all.
We just got home from ordering through the drive-thru. Ordered the new chicken bacon ranch mac and cheese. It was less than half full and a mess. Looked like someone ate some. Gross ???? I have very disappointed the last few times and this is it. No more.
Ordered LARGE curly fries and got s small in a large box. Paid for cheese sauce and didn't get it either. Not going back.
I ordered out a beef gyro and when I received it the bread was rock solid, lettuce was so brown all together inedible!
The crinkle fries and fish sticks were perfect! I usually get the French Dip.
