Food was great and the restaurant was clean. Employees were friendly to us as well, all in all good!!
We placed our order for dine in. We got our food in a bag. The pop machine was out. All the condiments except the 3 peppers were out. It was 1130 am and that should have been stocked and ready to go for the lunch rush. Our sandwiches were just thrown together. Some bites were just bread. Our cheese cup was smashed and only filled halfway.
Food was good BUT no one greeted us when three employees walked by, dirty drink counter and no ketchup in pump dispenser and a big mess around it. Dirty tables and floors in dining room. All trash cans were overflowing. Bathroom was a mess. At least 4 employees standing around. Another customer ran the bell but no employee said thank you. Where was the manager??? We stopped by here on the way home and had a pretty good experience. I did not get any food pictures, but it was consistent with what Arby's food looks like. We used the drive thru and the service was pretty fast. The people at the speaker and at the window were friendly. The parking lot was kept clean. Our food was still warm when we got home to eat. Would stop here again.
This roast beef looks like something I have never seen Arby’s serve before. I spoke with the store and was told they will give us a replacement. That is good but honestly I am very hesitant on wanting anything from this location again. When speaking with management Trent, I asked what it is I am eating He stated roast beef and we slice it in the morning. I tried to explain that it’s not sliced it’s shredded and he said it’s their normal Roast beef. This has no flavor and does not seem normal, tastes very different with a very different look as seen by photo.
Original Roast Beef sandwich good but alot less meat than other Arby's restaurants.
Oh my dear lord. This was shocking. I am so tired of nobody caring about anything. This is an a $7 sandwich that had almost no meat on one side. I am sad. The roast beef came in a slab. Like cheap bagged lunch meat. I dont want to even call anymore, cause it doesn't matter. Even if ur busy take a wee bit of pride in ur work. It's embarrassing.
Sat in drive thru forever waiting for our food. Only one in line and only 2 tables in the restaurant had people. So I have no idea what took so long.
