We stopped to eat and the Arby's team were very helpful and everything was clean. The lobby was clean and so was the men's restroom. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious. The outside was in working order with ample parking. They no longer have potato cakes which made me sad. Hopefully they will bring them back!!!
I got very, very sick 30 minutes after eating.
A roast beef sandwich And fry...... Definitely food poisoning I was sick all night long. I'll never eat there again
Awful workers, Manager kicked out a homeless lady and told her she smelled bad and wasn't allowed back She was ordering food just like the rest of us! Had my kids in the restaurant with us and we got her food and walked it out to her. She was a paying customer like the rest of the people in the restaurant that day. Did not deserve to be treated the way she was!
Bathrooms were dirty, with waste all over the seat and stuck to the bowl, hair all over the sink like someone gave themselves a haircut. The management and crew members argued in front of us, and one cashier put her hand in my boyfriends face when he tried to start his order.
"Alyssa's attitude and behavior are beyond unacceptable. I don't know who hired her, but her demeanor is far from professional. Her voice is not only unkind but also cold and sharp. I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience compels me to speak out. After dining here, my mother got severely ill, vomiting a few hours later, and she does not have a weak stomach. Alyssa made us feel utterly unwelcome, showing no respect for my service dog. She rudely insisted I carry him, despite me explaining he was a service dog. Her tone was devoid of any sympathy, which was truly disturbing.
This was not an isolated incident; every time we encountered Alyssa, she made our visits unbearable. An employee even confessed he disliked working at Arby’s, preferring McDonald's, hinting that Alyssa might be a significant part of the problem. We even tried avoiding her by visiting other locations, but fate had it that we ran into her in both Shawnee Locations.
Alyssa's presence has completely ruined our Arby’s experience. This isn’t a personal vendetta; we had never met Alyssa before our visits to Arby’s. Shawnee Arby’s used to be one of our favorite spots, but as long as Alyssa is employed there, we will be staying far away. Her behavior is driving customers away, and it’s time for Arby’s to take serious action."
Friendly service but our meal for 2 took over 15 minutes, I've just become accustom to having my fast food faster. maybe they were short handed it looked like they had 3-4 people working that i could see.
I should know better than to even come here. Order is NEVER right. Idk mind weed, but workers are always stoned. And if you order anything more than a single meal prepare to stay in line for a half hour.
All 5 stars across the board but I didn't get the option to rate price! Ouch! really it's Arby's 30 bucks for 2.5 people?
