I pre ordered my food to be ready at 1pm. I get there the csr had a lil attitude..but anyway the food was ready thanks but I get home an check it they gave me the bottom if the bag pieces of curly fries....an cold as a brick!! I was disappointed in the food. ????
I waited almost 5 min till someone said hi, be right with you .. nevertheless, a hamburger from arbys wasn't bad .kinda dryyyyy but better than greasy .
I usually love Arby's, but lately the food has been tasteless. Last night the Cashier was the cook too and his attitude was ruthless. Anger was in his manners & tone. The strawberry lemonade is spoiled & the hot items are cold. I could read the frustration on his face, therefore I didn't dare complain. I will be returning the items today. Hopefully, we'll try Arby's on Lindell Blvd. in the near future, but no time soon...
This is a well run store. Most of my orders are accurate and fresh. Everyone makes mistakes once in a while. Today I asked for a full farmhouse Roasted turkey salad. They had no roasted chicken, and I was asked if fried chicken was an okay replacement. I said yes, and received this very "humble" side salad with a chicken tender's worth of meat on top. Just thought this needed to be mentioned. Customer service was great. You guys really normally do good, please don't cut corners on us.
I got food at this Arby's while staying over at Barnes Lodge. The service was fast and friendly. I've been to several Arby's locations in the past few months and this place is as good as the others.
During my recent visit to a restaurant, I experienced poor service and a lack of communication. After waiting for over 30 minutes at the window, I entered the establishment and was met with an employee yelling at her child from behind the counter. I was informed that my order would take some time, despite the lengthy wait. I returned to my car and waited for almost an hour before inquiring about the status of my order. The lady who had been yelling earlier came outside and informed me that they were unable to fulfill my order. When I asked for the details of the order, she gave me the impression that they were still preparing it. Frustrated with the poor service, I decided to leave the establishment and never return.

Doordasher waited over 30 mins and i never received it Luckily Doordash refunded me. Great work guys
