I just ordered the turkey sandwich. For $14, I expected to have more than just a single piece of turkey. It looks nothing like the picture on the menu. Their slogan "we have the meats" is a joke based in what they handed me today. I used to like Arby's. I would rather get my money back than to.eat this "sandwich"
It should only cost $5 (including the fries and drink)
I work down the street from this location and I have to say, The owners, management and rude employees of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. I have tried to keep a positive outlook but waiting 10 min to place an order when you are first in line is not a good look. Not getting the order you place is a other problem. I recommend you drive 2 min down the street and find something else. Or experience it for yourself.
Arby's sauce requested on an order ticket over 7 times for 7 sandwiches and not a single one placed in the delivery bag? What exactly is the message this store is trying to convey?? Disappointed is the understatement of 2024. What is an Arby's beefncheddar without Arby's sauce? $70 spent and no sauce??? Wtf!!!????
I got the Turkey wrap. It was not as good as normal. The fries were cold. The drive-thru person kept asking, "Is that all is that all?" Not coo!. What about suggestive selling or "may I get you something else?"
I only eat here every once in a while. It does seem like they always make the food fresh, which means it takes a little bit. This last time, I bought the Greek Gyro sandwich, and that was good.
Arby's is always coming up with something to do with meats besides just the Arby's roast beef.
Dude on drive through and front counter is a great asset to your company he was very polite ya don't get that much anymore.
Don’t come here if you actually want to be served. Waited in drive thru 15 minutes no help. I asked if anyone was there and was told they were short handed give them a bit. Waited longer finally left along with everyone else in line.
Everything was fine until, we got up to the window to get our food. When we pulled up the window and the girl that worked there told us that our card was declined. Ok, yeah, that’s fine if it was declined no problem we can get another card. But the fact was our card was not declined, they did not know how to use their own system. They even said it to us several times saying, “We tried three times, and it still didn’t work.” With a slight attitude like it was our problem and not theirs. Then the girl requested our card again, and this time it worked this time. So meaning they did not know how to use the system. Then she said, “Oh, it was because WE forgot to do something. I only gave this place one star because it was the only option. And on top of that it looked like out fries have been sitting out for hours and it was the crumbs of the fries. I would even be fine if the fries were not fresh. But it was literally pieces of left over crumbs of the bigger pieces of the fries. Also, it was HALF of the cup that they used. Last but definitely not least, the fries smelled really bad, like I said sitting for hours.
