Really, really nice Arby’s! It was so clean inside. The staff was super nice and helpful. We were greeted at our table by Gloria who told us she’s the hostess and could help us with anything we needed. She was constantly cleaning the restaurant. I felt very comfortable eating inside during the pandemic because she was sanitizing everything.
Food was great!! Hot and delicious.

I ordered a family pack and only got half of my food, i had a coupon that said “Family pack for $15” it was supposed to have 2 classic roast beefs or roast n cheddar with 4 curly fries and 4 chicken nuggets as well as mozzarella sticks/jalapeño bites but i only got the sandwiches curly fries and half the promised nuggets. When I gave them the coupon they took 10+ minutes to process it and in the end ended up charging me $18.66 when it should have been $15-16 dollars, not only did i not get all my food but the food that i got was cold and stale. Horrible experience never visiting again.
I was traveling back to Virginia and I was Gering hunger pangs for something different. I kept seeing signs for Arby's and I knew I had to stop in to get their beef-n-cheese sandwich with curly fries. This particular Arby's wasn't busy, so I was treated to some first rate customer service. The facility was not set up for dine-in only takeout. However, I didn't mind I just wanted to sink my teeth into my order, and of course, I wasn't disappointed. The sandwich was prepared like I'm use to with the cheese mend onto the meat, making every bite as enjoyable as the first. Now, roast beef had never been my go to meat, but the way is prepared at Arby's makes it a pleasure to eat whenever I am at their facility. Don't take my word for it, try one.
Food was great, hadn't been there for a while and the 4 beef and cheddar I got were great, hot and fresh and especially for lunch.
Was waiting on my online order, saw the cook break a piece of chicken off of a sandwich he was preparing for a customer and eat a piece of it using his un glovehand to pick off. And was only wearing one glove. Sent chicken sandwich out to customer. I told Manager on duty.
Don't come here if you are looking for any kind of customer service and especially if you are looking for a quick meal. More people leaning and chit chatting then working. Young punk with what seemed to be an absolute hate for his job working the front counter had nothing but turtle speed and an unwillingness to actually help/serve a customer. Multiple tables were left dirty, receipt printer was supposedly not working (but worked fine for others). Wont be back again.
9/6/24@5pm came through the drive-thru the young lady at the drive-thru was very professional and did her job very well. Quick service and food was delicious much better than the Verona store.
Best drive through always nice and they rarely get my order mixed up definitely enjoy my food
