It is so nice to go to a drive thru and speak to such a pleasant soul! Teauna working the window is wonderful! I don't know if they hired a new cook but the food is better also! Overall, this Arby's has really turned around for the better! Nice employees, good food, fast service. A+
We don't go out for fast food often but for fast food we love it here. The employees and the manager are always so nice. We love Arby's roast beef sandwiches and their crinkle fries crispy. The music is uplifting too! We had stopped going here when it was under different management but it's soooo much better now! ????
So I decided to get the new Arby's Burgers for the family. The only disappointment was the BBQ Bacon burger. It was... Okay. The others were really good (everyone got to try them ????). Of course, everything tastes better with that Horsey Sauce!

We used to love Arby's, but like other places, they are letting their food quality go down and prices go up. Roast beef is dried out and not very flavorful. The curly fries were incredibly greasy and to hard and chewy to even eat. It tasted as though they were reheated in the microwave. Just awful. 3 meals $40, 3rd try, but food just keeps going downhill. Service was good.
I give one star because I have to. My husband went to Arby's in Lyman and got a Ruben for himself and a beef and cheddar classic for me. I opened my sandwich and first thing I I noticed was it was a sesame seed bun. Next was that that there was no cheddar cheese on it. I put Arby's sauce on it to give it flavor but it's so dry it's hard to swallow. My husband paid $5 for this pitiful sandwich.
Everytime I order jalapeño poppers i ask for bronco berry sauce and I never get it! I literally asked 4 times for bronco berry sauce in the drive thru 30mins ago and I somehow got BBQ!!! This is beyond annoying!! I mean how hard is it to give a customer what they asked/paid for?
Came here and ordered a wrap with no sauce because they always over do it. It is on the recipt and they read it back to me correct. But got the wrap and it is literally drowning in sauce. No normal person needs that much! And if they do they ask for extra. Happens every time we come
This location is kind of hit or miss lately. Got food tonight, $43 worth of food and it was mostly all inedible. Fries, jalapeño poppers all old tasting and burnt. I seriously think I was given old food that had just been sitting. Meals weren't correct so had to go back around again. Still wasn't correct. Super annoyed!!! Can't get anyone to answer the phone either. Ridiculous. Just threw it all away with the exception of 2 little roast beef sliders. As you can see in the pictures this food was burnt and old. I can't believe that they thought serving this was a good idea. But hey, it wasn't your food so who cares I guess?? Appreciate it guys!
