Slowest drive thru on the planet. Get ready for a 30 minute wait when there was not one vehicle ahead of you. Seriously just shut it down already.
And hey owner guy that responds to all of these reviews; how about you upload all of these comments yourself and actually do something about the problem instead of just doing a generic response and adding a hyperlink for people to follow. We’ve already done our part with these reviews, stop asking people to do it again somewhere else. Do it yourself if you actually care. Stop the fake apologizing.
I honestly only go here for their jalapeno poppers with the Bronco berry sauce ???? omg! You HAVE to try it. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THAT, also my son has had the buffalo chicken sandwich and the buffalo wings before with the curly ???? and he loves it so I would recommend that as well if you like buffalo sauce. Thank you for the food it's delicious.
I had another Arby's location refuse to honor the prices of their online specials when online ordering went down. I came to this location instead. Even at 9 pm on Halloween the food was fast and fresh.
I understand it was busy but lady was rude I made a moblie to get picked up at 11:21 I asked how long it was sitting on the heat shoot she said “well your order was placed for pick up at 11:21” being rude and I looked at my clock it was 11:35 I had 3 buffalo slides that was cold and my gyro had tomatoes but I seen it before I left I had them fix it and they did thankfully but I’m pregnant and can’t eat cold food I asked for my food to get remade and they can’t because it’s a moblie order she told me and I have to call at 5 for a different manger and it’s noon so now I have to wait 5 hours before I can get my food replaced I used to work at Arby’s as a manger this is not making it right this is sad.
I haven't been here in years and my first time back we waited in the drive through for over 25 minutes. It was pretty frustrating but the service was extremely polite and the chicken and fries seemed fresh. For the wait, the manager slipped a free sandwich card into the bag (that we found when we got home).
I hope the wait isn't a hat bad next time, but we'll be back.
Worst Arby's I've ever been to! Ordered a Turkey Ranch & BACON and got home with NO BACON on the sandwich! How do you forget the ingredient that's in the name, especially after sitting in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes with no one in front of me! Isn't this supposed to be fast food? Then the way he sandwich was put together, as you can see from the picture was HORRIBLE! All the ingredients were on pretty much one side of the sandwich. So I tried to call and the phone was busy like the phone was off the hook. Total unprofessional employees and complete lack of knowledge on how to do their job correctly. I will be contacting corporate about this location
The food tasted off, even for Arby's. Staff did a decent job, but tables and seats were dirty

If I wasn't just passing through I would stop by more often :)
Except for Cassandra and the super young man child who are working the front. These two move as if they're stuck in molasses and have an attitude to boot
