Love Arby's and found one conveniently located to my route home. Got disappointed when the drive thru menu lights were off but stopped anyway. I'm glad I did because they were still open. Everything perfect but the potatoe cakes I would have to wait on but at least it was offered. Next time when I have extra time. So glad they are back on the menu!
Went for dinner tonight. I will include pictures of the large fries we paid for. None had been eaten before the pictures were made. Also, did not receive the dressing for my side salad. The cup of cheese I paid for to dip the fries in was barely half full. Very disappointed in the order overall. They were also out of diet coke. I ended up with lemonade that was ok at best.
The manager called and took care of this issue so that was awesome. I would now give 5 stars.
The cashier was very rude. She never greeted me she never looked up at me she was texting on her cellphone when she said may I help you. I ask her was she okay she said she was fine. I was treated like I was not there. I didn't tell management.
Ruben has always been great. This time meat was tough and ice cold. Very diappointed. Arby's needs to stop changing their menu and do what they do best. Roast beef, Gyros, and Reuben (maybe)
Y'all need a grill the Reuben sandwich will be good if you grill it not just toasted bread . fries was good and hot and drinks was good thanks for caring for your customers. Get a grill please!!!!
Friendly, informative, fast service. Good sales. Delicious, hot food & cold shakes with various menu choices. Quiet, decently clean place to dine inside but not updated or well-kept. To be fair, we came on an unusually busy day. Even still, they kept up with servicing the self-serve station (utensils, drinks, condiments) well.
Drive thru purchase. Roast beef , curly fries , chicken wrap.Everything we got was disgusting. Threw it out , never will visit this Arby's again!
Very disappointed in this Arby's location. Went in for lunch at 11:30am. Ordered Beef & cheddar combo meal with crinkle fries and drink. The Fries were over cooked and crunchy. The ketchup dispenser was empty. The Horsy dispenser was also empty. Nobody there seem to care. I won't go back to that location in Fairhope Alabama.
