My daughter and I came to get some sandwiches. She ordered a few chicken sliders. I ordered the classic roast beef. My daughters chicken sliders were squished all to heck. As if someone squeezed them with their hand. My roast beef barely had any meat. I also got a soda that tasted so horrible like maybe their machine wasn't cleaned properly or something. Of course we didn't see all of this until we got all the way home. The woman runnin the window was nice... That was the only good thing

So I decided to use my monthly rewards on my order for a Greek gyro combo. My pickup time was at 7:30 I arrived at 7:35. When I walked in I wasn’t acknowledged by anyone maybe they didn’t see me, there’s a man counting money in the back and a girl on her phone in the corner. Another guests arrives and waits beside me and asks have I been helped yet? I told him not yet and he says maybe they hate us. The girl looks up at me, looks away, looks back and says “DoorDash”? I tell her no I have an online order. The man puts an order on the counter far from me so I continue to wait. He notices that I didn’t check the bag so he then decides to move the bag closer to me. I look at the name of the bag and it’s not my order. So I tell him that, he then asks for my name. I tell him my name and he says that’s the order for the Greek gyro we are out of that, you will need to go on the app and get a refund. The man wasn’t knowledgeable on how to give a refund through the app yet had a smart remark with it as well. Bad customer service was given and unfriendly staff. This all could’ve been avoided by blocked it off from the app. Won’t be spending my money at this location.

Wish potato cakes would make a permanent return! Tried 3 different flavor wraps, they were not pleasing.
Best fast food place around the workers are helpful kind and patient the food is cooked to order very quickly and the skinny black dude I believe is a night time manager/closer that should be the GM he’s the heart of what makes this place great he’s a great worker and an even better person!
Why hasn't this location been remodeled exactly like the others? These are photos of the men's restroom plus interior of restaurant. And even the flooring needs replaced. I won't dine here anymore. That is unless they remodel. I wasn't asked what kind of fries i wanted either.
The sign on the door said y'all open at 10 am for the dining room. It was almost 11 am, and the door was locked. There were at least 3 employees standing behind the counter just looking at us like we were dumb for standing there knocking. Can't even rate your service because we didn't get any. Wish there was a ZERO STAR option coz that's what this experience was worth. I bet your burgers are as awful as your service.
