Went with my bf and ordered a classic beef and cheddar meal. My absolute favorite! Was very disappointed when I went to eat my food. There was quite literally a slice and a half of meat…. What in the world guys??
If you want to have any decent level of service in the dining room, you might as well just order in the drive through, park, and bring it inside. As with most fast food places nowadays…it appears as though they’re only concerned with their drive through times. You can easily wait 20-30 minutes in the dining room before receiving your food.
They deleted my other review .the shift manager was very rude, and he didn't handle my issue. He called the towing company to tow my car, and i had to pay 325$ to get my car back. When i asked for his name, he wrote this to me . Look at the picture
Cold dry food, the manager didn't even speak to me, wilted brown lettuce on everything, the 10.99 double big cheesy bacon burger was put in the deep fryer and www dry made me gag the lettuce alone was disgusting, Fries were cold and soggy aa i always get
The new Mac n cheese bites were ok but not hot has too reheat those and the fries, the buffalo chicken wrap was absolutely smothered in hot and ranch, would've liked to tasted the burger
The service was great, but the food was cold and tasted like it had been out for a while even after I said hot fresh well done. Never again.
Very clean lots of room bathrooms are extremely clean. Workers are very friendly and helpful completely five out of five overall 100%percent guaranteed absolutely recommend.
Always a friendly staff and great food. Not super busy on the day that I went. So was able to dine in and relax a bit.
I don't go inside, so I'm not sure about the atmosphere.Food is always been good.Service usually is good.Im not sure if the girl in drive thru was even trained I ordered jalapeño poppers got pulled up to wait 12 minutes later she says they were out and I could go back through drive thru for the refund.So I went in cause I wasn't waiting on drive thru again for my refund.Leaving with no food and no way to get any since my lunch was 30 minutes.Again normally I love this place and would recommend it I'm gonna chalk this day up to her not being properly trained and hope it gets better.
