I love Arby’s. We do not have one near where we live. It’s been years since I’ve eaten at one.
It’s been even longer since I’ve had jalapeño bites. Last few I’ve been at didn’t sell them any more! This location had them!!! Sooo good. Original sandwich with bites. Loved it. Just what I needed tonight.
Staff at this location was also super friendly. Awesome people there this evening.
Will be dreaming of the jalapeño bites for years now.
*I gave a five star review (below) a month ago, and I stand by that review for the DAY shift that served me a month ago. However since then I have came late night, near closing but not last second, looking to order something small and simple. And five times now they were closed between 10-25 minutes early. One time they were open.. I worked fast food in the past so I understand things happen but it's obvious these aren't isolated incidents but a pattern of behavior either unknown or getting ignored by management because it's getting worse.. This last time I came at Dec 11 at 10:35 pm and the whole store was closed and one employee was just sitting in the dining room on their phone. So I don't think they're closing early to do end of night work... I hate to give low reviews, especially when other shifts do well but if your not going to be open to a certain time then don't advertise that time online. Actual time and gas are being wasted by who knows how many customers that are now going to be gun shy to ever go get a late night $nack at your restaurant ever again...
Polite workers, food was good, and restaurant was clean. An impossible trifecta to find in fast food nowadays... Don't know why it doesn't have a higher score. Not really fair that all the low reviews it gets are from people who are complaining about stuff that has nothing to do with the service or the food.. A place being out of something does not deserve a one-star.. if your order was wrong when you got home I understand that's frustrating but haven't you been ordering fast food long enough to know to check it before you leave??? At that point I'd give yourself a one-star review for being a bad consumer... And if the prices are too high for you either a) don't order it. Or b) sign up for their app and emails, they're one of the few places that offer really great coupons and discounts. I believe they still send out a mailer in the mail once in a while with really really great coupons, if your disciplined enough to stuff it in your glove box you've got a great opportunity to save a few bucks at a great fast food place.
We stopped around 2:15 running errands. Seemed to only be one guy working when I went in to ask the bathroom code. Bathrooms were absolutely spotless. I mean straight up immaculate. Our dogs were being really loud, and as soon as we came out of the bathroom he came out with a chicken nugget to bribe them with so they'd be quiet when we went through the drivethrough. We had a big, long, complicated stupid order, and he took it with such good humor. He was joking around with us. The food came out proper. The loaded fries looked like they were straight out of the commercial. When does that ever happen? That literally never happens. Middle aged guy with shaved head and glasses is just a top notch employee. Give that man a raise!
Eat at this Arby's on a monthly basis. The food is consistent, and the staff is friendly. It took a couple of minutes for someone to take my order today, which is unusual.

Updated attractively. The foodnwas good to me. I tried the surf and the turf. It is good that they stick to their theme. Service was fast and just fine. I appreciate the occasional special Sammy. I was never much of a fan before, bit it is now actually on my list and I pop in for a little brisket, fish, etc. Not knocking the atmosphere at all. It is fast food, not a fancy steak house.
Very helpful. We ordered 2 sliders and they brought it to our attention that 2 cost the same as 3. It was very nice of them.
We ordered an embarrassing amount of food and it was perfect, so much better than the hit n miss at McDonald's ????
