The Georgetown Arby's suck. But since they are closed now I'll say about the Millsboro store. They are great here and pleasant people who work there. They are on point and never have been out of line with they way they talk to me or any other customers I've observed. And I frequent this establishment quite often.
Hadn't been back to this Arby's in years. The lady at the counter had been there 24 years! Emma. She said hey, where you been! I went to school with her! So this place is established and knows what it's doing! When you go to a fast food establishment your expectation is to get the worst high-school kid cooking and serving not here! We drove 30 minutes to come to this Arby’s. I ordered the beef and cheddar sandwich. We waited for our food (two meals) for about 10 minutes. I opened up my beef and cheddar sandwich to nothing on the sandwich except for roast beef. No cheddar cheese and no sauce at all. Highly disappointed
This Arby's is the absolute worst for price gouging. If it's not a deal or on sale I wouldn't bother buying from there because even a side of cheese is $1. That's criminal and they should be ashamed.
I ordered a large curly fries around 11am a few days ago. Only one car ahead of me in drive through so no excuses. They were disgusting, cold and greasy. The container was half full as well.Never again.
This location really needs training. Ordering was a problem. Presenting food was
a problem. Correcting the order was a problem. Watching an employee move a table to stand on while filling ice in the soda machine and then leap off it. Only to leave the customer table marked with greasy foot prints. This location needs help
This location the fries have been hot and crispy everything. Keep it up guys!
Have gone a few times on break. One experience I asked for no salt on fries & get extra salt. Had to go in while they cooked fresh. Go recently to get mac & cheese and it's cold. Employees have to do better. Take pride I your job & customer service.
