Today I had just left the hospital and I wanted something to eat,so I went through the drive thru end. I ordered the two for $6. So as I was driving home I started to eat one of the classic roast beef sandwich and found someone hair in my sandwich. It was along dark brown hair. I tried to call them several times from the time I got home up until 6 PM. No one has asked the phone. I started calling from 12:30 PM. I couldn't go back because on top of all that they didn't give me a receipt.
The smallest complaint, but had the greatest impact on me:
NO MARINARA SAUCE INCLUDED with both orders of mozzarella sticks!!????????????
A simple task, failed execution.
¹ This is equivalent to buying a cheesecake and just getting the crust. ²Buying a new car, but having to tow it to the gas station as gas wasn't included. ????
Anyway, I am GLAD this happened, as it has ended my relationship with Arby's. Based on my readings, this company, if not already, will join Wendy's, Red Lobster, Denny's and several others this year in either bankruptcy and closing many locations, or just going-out-of-business.
Today, i tried the New Fried Turkey sandwich (but in a wrap). It was underwhelming. The Greek pita has been better in the past. The good news is that the mozzarella sticks were the best I've had...
Minus the absent sauce.
Perhaps the sauce is now extra and should be ordered in addition?

Went at 6:30 pm and doors to lobby were locked! I was trying to get in to order something but I had to use their restroom really bad. This is unacceptable. Store hours on door say that they close at 10:00 pm. However I noticed the drive thru was wide open and someone’s little girl was just looking at me as she sat in the lobby… so clearly her mother was working in there!!!!I understand this location is in a homeless ridden area but this is absolutely unacceptable. If you’re going to close the lobby 3 and a half hours early… you need to have a sign on door that says that!!! This location is obviously being run by extremely poor management. If you’re scared to keep the doors open when the sun sets in this area and because of homeless Americans…. maybe you should close down this location altogether. . Smh
Tried the burger for first time, the smell it me with that good burger smell and I wasn't disappointed....thanks for not serving hard warmed-over curly fries as most places do, they were hot, fresh and soft...customer service could use a little work, a young man acts like he really doesn't want to be bothered when ask for assistance
As far as fast food goes, Arbys is definitely the best. They have a wide variety of options, not just burger variations. While Arbys got its start hawking roast beef sandwiches, they have really evolved into much more than that, and I think that the roast beef sandwich is definitely NOT their best menu item. The double Rueben is really great; piled high with tender corned beef it is definitely a two-hand sandwich. The roast beef and Swiss with the aju is killer and the spicy chicken sandwich is tangy, spicy and really filling. The gyros are also really good (see pics) and they always have seasonal offerings; right now they have a smokehouse sandwich with smoked brisket topped with onion straws and bbq which is great. They have 2 for $6 deals on sandwiches and there are always coupons sent to your mailbox. I know that it is fast food, but this is one of my all time favorites because of the diversity of the menu and the fact that the sandwiches are large and filling.
I was not giving a receipt I only asked for some ketchup in a couple of condiments look what they had me look like they were trying to be funny never gave me napkins actually just ruined my meal in the fries were cold
First time ordering doordash from here and they not only messed up but, didn’t complete the order. Ordered classic roast beef and added cheddar (not added), failed to provide extra cheddar cup, ordered a beef-n-cheddar double but only got a single (see picture). Feel cheated for price paid compared to what was provided.
Won’t even visit this location due to the homeless population they allow to do drugs and congregate in the parking lots. Exterior of building is disgusting, food is sub-par for as expensive as it is and the service is terrible.
