My friend and I went through the drive thru and got regular roast beef sandwiches, curly fries, and cheese sticks with marinara sauce. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious!
We were warmly greeted by both a front line worker and the GM before the door even closed behind us. The GM took our order, used my first name, and talked to us like we were important…not just the next body in line. Great customer service!! Thank you.
I spent $71 dollars at this location, I got 5 beef and cheddars 6 cheese sticks and 6 chicken tenders 2 fries and 2 cokes. Half my beef and cheddar didn't have any meat on it. My fries was burnt. My cheese sticks tasted like they was sitting under the heat lap for hours.. I will not ever go back to this location!!!
I come here on my breaks from delivering Amazon packages and the service and food is great. Cashier was very friendly but you never caught his name. Store was clean too.
I like Arby's no matter where it is located. If I'm just driving through a city or town and want Arby's that day, then it's a happenstance. But if that particular place I drove through once I ended up driving through more frequently, then I made it a habit to stop at their Arby's.
This particular one was very clean, the staff was AWESOME AND POLITE. I enjoyed talking with them while I was waiting for my food. The only thing that became a problem was getting to the Arby's from where I was located at the time. But that had more to do with the GPS than anything else.
Dont expect to pull up 30 minutes BEFORE closing and expect to place an order.
What can I say about an Arby's that hasn't already been said? Well, this particular one is pretty good. The food was fast and the service was friendly. I think that's what you want when you use the drive-thru. The food was hot, and the staff was so kind to give me crinkle cut fries after I forgot to tell them when I was ordering.
Last visit had cold fries and mozz sticks. Sandwiches were not as fresh either. Maybe the day?
