There's always something wrong with inventory (having the items listed on the menu) or with being able to have a decent visit.
I'm really only leaving the review since male staff thought it was appropriate to come outside tell me to leave the drive thru, though the business was already closed (since the system was down and weren't taking orders) and I was researching elsewhere to get food.
Female staff also thought it was appropriate to come over the speaker to ask the male coworker if I were a "retard" and mentioned my sister?
I know it's stereotypical for people who work at places like these to be low functioning but that is no legitimate excuse for behaving like that as an adult especially WHILE being paid.
Strive to NOT be low vibrational but if you can't help it then do that on your OWN time, not the employer's. Do better.
Oh, for the female who was projecting her intelligence by asking if I was a "retard," if you all were actually on the phone with "system support" about you all's system being down/ not being able to take orders then that would mean the time period of said situation has been accounted for. Why would the drive thru "time go up" if, by that time, the business was technically closed anyways? You must not have thought that through though you don't get paid to think regardless. Don't quit your day job - either of you. #FoodForThought

Can I PLEASE get a #9 with NO honey mustard night shift? The first 3 times was whatever but 4? Y’all are lucky my wife loves Arby’s so much cause I’d just go somewhere else.
Absolutely messed up my order by not even giving me half of my 20$ order. When i called about it they hung up the phone on me several times. Employees have an attitude issue and refuse to do simple work. Staff is pathetic and managers do nothing.
Twice I've been given the wrong order on different days. I order 2 sliders and was given 2 rolls with no roast beef. The second time I ordered an Arby's Classic and got nothing but a box of roast beef, no roll. I suggest you check what's in your food before you leave the window. I'll never go back there.
The food was fresh and delicious and the service was awesome! The guy that took our to go order even carried it out to us when it was ready and still fresh, instead of just letting it sit and get cold on the counter. We will definitely try to go more often!
Food was hot fresh good never got a fish sandwich from them but it was very good and the new Mac and cheese ???? was good
Fast service. Good food. We had the two for six dollar Crispy Chicken Sandwich and split an order of fries. We brought drinks from home. We both had a meal for under Ten dollars. Hard to beat that kind of deal these days. Watch their specials for awesome pricing. Easy in and out if you backtrack the neighborhood and come out at the light on Jacksonian. Just use Google Maps.
This location was great! They gave us a free large water because it was so hot outside. Food was delicious and fast!
