This has to be the worst Arby's I've ever been to. Waited forever on food, only to realize my mac'n'cheese bites were missing. Drove back around and was told I'd have to pull up and wait, AGAIN, as they hadn't even "dropped" them. Lady with the personality of a rock brought them to me, finally. No "sorry", "thank you", or anything. AND, they were still cold inside! Then get home and the buns on my roast beef sandwiches were burned! Never again. I definitely see why they were not busy!
Lack of professionalism. Cussing in front of the customers. Food was good though. The lady who took my order, Tabitha, was nice. The team as a whole needs some retraining.
Great food but it is expensive. Staff is very courteous and quick. The food was delicious. But very expensive.
Location always seems clean, and staff is always friendly. This location doesn't seem to stay very busy, so there isn't much of a wait. The food is Arby's food. It normally comes out hot and tastes how you expect Arby's to taste.
We ordered $40 of food off menu and only had $100 bill and the black woman would not take it and asked if we had anything else we said no that’s all we had and she told her other coworkers to not worry about it we only had $100 bill and we’re broke. This is very wrong considering the circumstances from hurricane helene.
I'm not sure what's going on with Arby's. The last 3 or 4 times I've ordered curly fries, it seems like I'm getting ripped off. They do not fill up the fry box anymore. I ordered a large and ended up with a medium. This doesn't make sense because it costs $3.29 for a large, and I'm not getting what I paid for. I'm not that big a fan of Arby's to begin with, so if they keep this up, I'll be taking my money elsewhere.
Great customer service. Good is excellent I tried the fried turkey sandwich unbelievable great taste.
North Augusta Arby's, Is Just A Nice Pls. To stop in and grab Lunch. The Crew is so Pleasant and Prepares your food On order, so it may take a few moments bc they have to make your amazing Choices. And The food is always Just delish!
