Every time we come to this Arby's, we have issues. It's either the food or the service and a lot of the time it's BOTH! I normally do not like to leave bad reviews. However, after today I felt obligated. The lettuce that came on my sandwich was withered and black and the service left a lot to be desired.
Not bad for fast food place. Gyros are decent, fries not stringy like McD's. Wraps and sandwiches pretty good also, never had the roast beef. Probably the best of the burger joints.
Forgot my drinks, waited for few minutes before was asked why I was still @ the window. Sandwiches are horrible, bread is dry, they forgot all of the sauces I asked for, absolutely zero sauce in bag. Wrong fries. Waited for correct ones….for 10 minutes and they sucked too. It almost felt intentional haha, def won’t be going back for awhile. Must depend who’s working bc other day was fine. Do better pm workers
I asked for a Deep fried turkey club and there was no bacon on the sandwich. I asked for a pumpkin turnover and got cherry. Service was extremely slow.
Decided to try the new Real Country Style Rib sandwich. It may look like a hot mess in the picture but the sandwich was actually good.
My only issues were way too much mayo, and the ribs weren't evenly distributed throughout it.
Fries were hot, staff was friendly expedited my order quickly.
Ordered a chocolate shake, no whipped cream, but with the chocolate drizzle and a roast beef meal. Got the meal and shake, but no drizzle.
You have to double check, for drive thru? I didn't want to hold up the line of cars behind me.
At drive through you hear this sweet pleasant voice asking a out donations for a charity and as soon as you no, the attitude starts and then they say be right with you!!! The Damm attitude needs to stop!!!!
Came to grab food for my mom and wait for my daughter for an interview at Arby's. Atmosphere is very chill, and the staff are really nice and attentive to costumers. Must stop by if you're on the go and need a bite, or someone else does. ????
