So the lady that was working the drive thru the night of 08/24/2024 was very friendly and was hilarious!! We had a very good experience until later that night when we went to dump the remaining of our sweet teas out. We had two sweet teas, they tasted fine, one of them looked fine but one of them had some disgusting looking black gunk on the side of the cup. When I saw it I got sick to my stomach. This is actually gross, makes me never want to eat fast food again!!!
The girl at the front didn't know how to put in gift cards manually but was patient enough to figure it out for me and help me out with my total. Also, the last time that I went one of the managers was at the front and helped me with my gift card as well because we couldn't figure out how to get it to work and she was patient enough to figure it out. The food was very fresh and very good.
So it’s been years since I’ve been to a Arby’s and tonight’s order made me realize why I haven’t been back and never again come back again. From a 12oz large drink to coke fries that’s been re-dropped in grease then to a sandwich that buns was hard and meat was warm to cold. Luckily I didn’t get food poisoning this time. I should’ve went to Taco Bell at least then my food wouldn’t be horrible.
Unbelievably rude cashier in the drive thru. The food was good but the sevice was embarrassingly bad. It's not hard to just be nice.
This is such a good fast food restaurant to get a tasty roasted beef sandwich. The meat, cheese and buns are good. The curly fries are good to have with sandwich. They have good burgers and sliders and chicken sandwiches also. They have regular soft drinks and good lemonades. They have good shakes if you want a sweet treat. It feels clean and nice for take out, drive through and dine in. Staff is nice and efficient here.
A Arby's that doesn't have roast beef. I was told it wasn't going to be ready for 2 hours(30 minutes after the store closes).
So I basically left there with no food no money spent.
I thought they had the meats... Not!
The customer service was awful. The ladies that were working in the back, couldn’t speak and then wanted to argue when they got the water wrong makes me want to never come back to this location ever again.
While I was placing my order, the manager w the short hair and glasses was on FaceTime not even paying attention to me. Very professional. Then her employee Angela got upset when I asked her to remake my chicken sandwich that was sitting for about 15 mins unwrapped. After she re made my order she threw my food over the counter and started given me dirty looks. So after waiting for about 20-25 mins for my food I asked for a refund. Slowest “fast food” employees I’ve ever seen and horrible customer service.
