Very slow tonight. Sat in line for more than 30 minutes. Guy at window needs better customer service!! I've been in retail for most of my life and if my people acted this way they would at least be wrote up if not fired.
I ordered the roast beef gyro, yet the meat does not match that of their regular burgers. Looks like what I expect from a traditional gryo. Lemonade tasted like lemonade. The fries were good, but not good enough to finish.
Wonderful food and great service! Our server was cheerful and acted like she loved her job! We wish their system allowed us to leave a tip.
Re, brown hair glasses woman in her 40s, was very snippy. She handed me a small cup without asking if I wanted a Large meal, and I said can I get a large and she said "If you ask me". I literally just did and then repeated herself 3 more times for each person in my family. If she wouldn't hand out the cups until we are done ordering then she would know what size meal we wanted. If you are in customer service then be nice.
Better than some Arby's visited in the last year. Buns are smaller with less meat at increased prices. Not unusual these days with Biden inflation driving the economy into the dirt.
I decided to stop here having never been here before. Not a fan of fast food places as I've stopped at the Golden Arches a few times and got tired of paying stone cold food. This place is by far better. Food was fast and hot! Too hot to eat right away. I got the gyros and the Greek is as expected and roast beef was as well. Both were not lacking on size and taste. I'm glad I stopped and will again.
Went through drive thru ... after long wait received wrong order, had to go inside to correct and then didn't get any sauce and still got the wrong sandwich
Another disappointing visit at this Arby’s location. Yet again on this visit, employees didn’t make an attempt to engage me as I stood in front of the cash register waiting to place an order for several minutes. Finally took my order when I asked someone to do so. Food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, it was mediocre at best. The only highlight was a young woman ensuring that all tables were cleaned before anyone sat down. She was very cordial and welcoming.
