I ordered mozzarella sticks, they were covered with fuzz and hair. Clearly they were handled with an oven mitt and all the fuzz stuck to the hot breading. I called it in and the manager says I'll replace them. I informed her that I don't live in the area, and I was working. I also told her I have my receipt and would like a refund, and I would not be in that area for a few days. The manager asked me to send her pictures which I suggested. I did send the pictures. The manager wanted me to bring the mozzarella sticks in after a few days. I don't know what happened to common sense!!
Came for lunch today 6/8/24 ordered 2 for 6 classic roast beef’s, was asked if I had the coupon, I told the order taker yes. Pull around to the window get charged $7.49 so I ask why they didn’t honor my coupon or even ask for it and then charge me full price I was told to hold on and by the time the manager came to the window I decided to just ask for sauce and leave it’s $1 whatever. I get home open my sandwiches the beef is thick not wafer thin like it’s supposed to be and advertised to be and within my sandwich are little disgusting hard crunchy bits of old beef that was dried up from the heat lamp clumped into the middle of my sandwich. I’ll leave pictures. Why would anyone put that in someone’s sandwich? This location clearly needs to educate their cooks on proper beef slicing and sandwich making, and need to better train the order takers to honor coupons and ensure they’re not over charging customers. Thoroughly dissatisfied with my visit and feel disgusted that I was just charged $7.50 for essentially inedible food.

Tried out the limited time crispy fish sandwiches (delicious tartar sauce) with some hot french fries and lemme tell you, they really should add this to the regular menu ???? get it while you can!
Love this Arby's. It's the best one around. They actually shave their meat the right way. It's nice, thin, and melts in your mouth. The food is consistently fresh, and quick. The workers are friendly, approachable, and keep things clean, and working.
I go here for lunch at least once a week.
Orders are always correct and pretty fast.

Got 3 chicken wraps, a roast beef sandwich, and a burger. Everything was amazing, but why did my burger taste like fish? That was absolutely terrible….
Apparently they don’t offer happy hour at this location. Why call it Arby’s if you’re not the same as the others?
