I ordered a BLT, but I got a BLT with onion that I didn't ask for with green tomatoes . Not to mention, she rushes us to order like everyone comes to arby every day
Ordered pick up. Received a roast beef sandwich instead of gyro. Did not receive all the sauce packets as requested. Also did not receive napkins. Counter employee was allowing a friend bounce her barefoot baby in only a diaper and crawl around. Nice one for the health department.
Waited 10 minutes in drive thru to order, order taker was talking so fast we couldn't understand her, we asked her to talk more slowly, but she talked more loudly. After several tries to place an order, we told her to forget it and we drove off. We also noticed two of several vehicles in front of us were not in the pickup line either.
Food was good. Service was not that good. The girl was very polite but she must have been distracted when taking order. Made several mistakes. The bathroom was not very clean. The floor in front of urinal was nasty and sticky with urine all over.
Food tasted good and service was friendly. The only complaints I had was the tables needed cleaned and my Good Burger was missing the tomato. Otherwise, a good experience!
Ordered online and the what I ordered wasn’t available. They do not have orange cream shakes. They didn’t appear to know how to give a refund. Suggest ordering in store.
The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. The associates were very friendly and the food was delicious.
