We did drive through. We don't eat out very often. That said, the roast beef sandwich is still as delicious as I remember.
So... I decide to go back and give them another chance. I order a combo and what do I get? the sandwich, a slider I ordered extra, the drink and then... they forget to give me my fries. So I drive off to work and realize that I'm only going to get 2/3 of what I ordered and don't have the time to go back because I'm on my way to work on the other side of town. So again as usual I don't get what I ordered. All they have to do is check the order before they give it to the customer.
I walk in to get a fine in order and walk up to the fro t counter where a young kid at register don’t say a word and just sits there picking his nails and fingers, lol he can’t even take an order or ask you what you want. So I just walked out since they don’t know how to take an order.
Very Clean, Staff was Very Welcoming and the food was perfect to satisfy the Arby's Desire....
Super friendly staff. I had the guy up front offer me a special that the manager put together and it was absolutely awesome. It was fun to try something off the menu!
Super clean and staffed by very friendly employees who showed they cared about the cleanliness of their restaurant. Quick, friendly service. Haven't been to an Arby's in a while, but the buns on their roast beef sandwiches seemed a bit old, or at least a little cold, and the roast beef wasn't incredibly warm. Not a great "hot" sandwich. Curly fries were more bits and pieces than actual curls. We did stop in the mid-afternoon on a Thursday, so maybe things were a bit off during non-peak hours.
The second time I go to Arby's. Both times very good experience with the food and customer service they provide ???????????? keep up that great customer service ????
Store was clean but crew was pushy and rushed us threw the ordering and the picking up of the order.
