Love eating at newer buildings, seems the fresher equipment makes it taste a bit better. Probably should have opted for a double rather than a half pounder, the sandwich was stacked so high with roast beef I almost choked, not that I am complaining. Fries and Mozz sticks were well fried. Placed looked great and I can appreciate the fact they installed the newer USB receptacles at some tables.
I always have a great meal at this location. Sandwich was hot and fresh. Love these crinkle cut fries. Dining in is super clean. Tana and her staff do a wonderful job. This is definitely my go to place in Lexington.
Haven't been living around town long and never had a problem always very professional and fast food is fresh they're doing awesome
The most friendly staff I have ever seen from any establishment. They definitely don't get paid enough. They know me by name at this point and are always extremely friendly. Food comes out quick and fresh and is always correct with no missing items. I absolutely reccomend the chicken sandwich. The app has some great deals, I always use it and it ends up being the cheapest place in town, yet the best fast food available still
I ordered online. I went through the drive-thru to pick it up and I was told “You know the store is open?”. By this, the general manager was telling me to come inside to get my online order. I know that I am allowed to go through the drive-thru to get my mobile order. I thought that this was pretty rude and not appropriate to say to a customer.
Surprisingly Arby has incredibly good gyros considering that it is fast food. Their curly fries and roast beef are always on point and thier orange Creamsicle milkshake is da bomb ???? ????
My husband and I got the fish sandwich. We're we excited after looking at the picture. When we got it, it was dry, and it's a long shaped fish patty on a round bun. Curly fries were fresh and hot as always, and I love the red ranch. Customer service was great just wasn't impressed by the fish.
We'll be back.
Surprisingly slow between ordering and getting our food - especially since there was only one person in front of us.
We sat down at a table and had a good chat before our name was called. It shouldn't take that long!
The service was good.
The staff were friendly.
