My family has always enjoyed eating here until recently. The past 3 times within a couple of months I went through Drive Thru and my order was all messed up. Was not given my receipt and was charged for 2 items that I didn’t mentioned I wanted. The cashier admitted it was her fault. But every time I have been in drive thru I had to pull up. It should not take 15- 20 minutes for food to be served the right way for 3 times in a row. I will not be coming back for a long time.
We went thru drive and ordered chicken tenders, and then waited 20minutes while they cooked them. Did not look at them till we got home. They were burnt and hard. I Tried to call, but they would not answer. Second time we got food you cannot eat. NEVER GO THERE.
The last 7 times I have went there they don't have any bag n the boxes hooked up right so my drink is never right and then when I ask them to fix it, they give me another wrong drink. You wait 35 minutes for food when there are only 2 customers. The foods old and nasty, they don't hire workers with hygiene. The big guy sits out front and rolls his joints as customers are coming in. It is literally the worst Arby's I've ever been to. I door dash and I went to pick an order up there today and the lady ordered a BUNCH of food from there and they were out of 7 items and so the lady was forced to ask for a refund. I love Arby's but this place is a HUGE disappointment. Will never go back. It's terrible
This place is always clean, fresh fries, best service. Everytime I go to Lagrange and my break is near this part, I always go to Arby's for lunch. Best fast food Location. Thank you to all you peeps working there, keep up the hard work! Yall make it great!!! I hope the bosses treat you well, because yall deserve it
Arby's, we have the meats! Usually get a beef and cheddar or a French dip sub. Both are great and I've never really had any problems with this location. Gotta get a meaty fix? Hit this place up!
This is a very good Arby's location. The place is clean, inside and out, the food is prepared well, and the employees were attentative and helpful. A very pleasurable place to eat.
The fries taste like dirty oil, our order was messed up even though we placed a mobile order, and they gave me 7 jalapeño poppers in a 8 peice box, and our food was cold when we got it. Nasty food for wayy too expensive ????
The fries look like "death warmed over", they were Wayyyyy past the expiration! The roast beef was burnt, including the bun, and the customer service was terrible! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!
