Best WLM Reviews
Our service this morning was terrible. Was not greeted at all when I walked up to the counter. I placed my order and she did not change it after I ask twice for the medium size meal to be a large. Then she added regular sliced cheese to my sandwich after requesting melted cheddar 3 times. She placed my tray in the counter and then turned around for my sandwich and threw it onto the tray. Not once did she speak to me. Very rude customer service from Lucille at this location!
They work hard and kindly here. I left my coupon at home and was going to use another, but they decided to honor the one I wanted for no reason other than to give good service. Then, Dianne, who was in the window, absolutely made my day, went above and beyond, and I hope to see her again when I come back.
Good Arby's to go to. Just be careful on the hours between lunch and dinner. I have had a meal during these off hours and my sandwich was cold. But during lunch hours, the food is great.
Always clean when I go here. The staff is friendly and the food is fast. I always get exactly what I am expecting to get and it's always good.
Food is always fresh and delicious and the staff super friendly!!!
This location consistently has fast, efficient and friendly service. The dining room has been open for months unlike other fast food restaurants.
I tried to order on Uber eats and they accepted the order and didn't fulfill my order. They waited until closing time putting updates on my Uber app telling me it was wrapping up. When in fact they didn't even start my order. I had 2 Uber drivers show up and leave. Just because I ordered a hour before closing doesn't mean you can act like your fulfilling my order when I could've ordered somewhere else. My boyfriend gets off work late. Some of the workers need to understand that. And they should because they too get off late.
Brisket sandwich was excellent. Curly fries are always good.
