Lemonade, I have no issue with an establishment not offering a refill, my issue is not posting or informing the customer ahead of time and you filling the cup to the top with ice then adding the lemonade. Them after a few sip the customer goes for a refill to be told you charge for a refill.
The cup should have a reasonable amount of ice and the rest lemonade.
Had a craving for their fries and a shake. I was stopped in traffic and this was a convenient place to pull over and grab something. The drive thru was fast, the staff was great, really polite and fast with my order to get me on my way. Food that I got was hot and fresh which is surprising for fast food these days.
Ordered from DoorDash and the Dasher finally arrived after he stated he has to keep waiting for the order. He told me that the store was not busy at all. He asked if that was everything and they said yes, everything is in the bag. Well, I ordered a large chocolate milk shake and a beefy cheddar sandwich and curly fries with cheddar dipping sauce.
I didn't receive the large chocolate milk shake nor the beefy cheddar sandwich or the cheddar sauce.
Instead I received a beefy sandwich and 2 large cold hard curly fries.
I will NEVER order or go there to Arby's again on Hillsborough Ave. I paid close to $30.00 on garbage!
Never been an Arbys fan because I never had it until recently . I have had nothing but good experiences as far as customer service at this location , and food is always fresh the multiple times I’ve been here .

Ordered a double roast beef meal. Got home to realize that they gave me a cheddar bacon roast beef when that wasn’t what I ordered. I’m not sure why following a simple order is so difficult and not giving receipts, now I can’t get a refund for this meal that I didn’t order.
Y'all are slipping on this gem. Food was hot and great. Everytime I come, drive thru or inside they are nice. Not watered down coke. And a BBQ sauce bar. Curly or crinkle cut fries. Getting the double is truly double meat worth the money
Food is always hot and fresh when I receive after ordering. The fountain drink has good carbonation and selections. The crew is friendly, polite and accommodating.
If you want something other than a burger, Arby's is a good alternative.

I don't know about the food service or atmosphere because they need to tighten up up there today. This place is never busy I rolled up and I'm five cars deep starting for 10 minutes no speaker noise no orders being placed not moving. Y'all ridiculous You're never busy come on now
